A terrace with an awning, garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, and a shed with a toilet and shower. A garden with a swimming pool (covered and heated from mid-April to the end of September), swing, ping-pong table and boules court.

Originally a farmhouse, this property is situated in the peace and tranquillity of a secluded hamlet, yet still offers proximity (within 45 min drive) to the best beaches, Puy du Fou and other sites of the Vendee.
