Monthly Rentals in Maresias Beach

We were super well received, Taciano was very kind and attentive. The bungalow is very cozy, beautiful, everything is very clean, exactly as shown in the photos. It has a super different view, we loved it and would definitely come back. The condominium pools are excellent for both children and adults. The only point of attention is that this location is further away from the center.

Had a great stay. Perfect location. Right near the beach and close to good restaurants. The apartment was squeaky clean; you could smell how clean it was upon entry. Very quite and peaceful. Passed out on the comfortable sofa both nights I stayed there. Highly recommend.

I went in 3 people, and the flat met all my expectations. In terms of location, it is located in a condominium that is literally in front of entrance 11 of Maresias beach, and is simply the best part of the beach. I went in the middle of Carnival, and it was a marvel. The condominium is great, the pool is very good, I used a lot of the leisure area with ping pong and also the shower when arriving from the beach. Lucão was very flexible about the check-in and check-out time as well, answered all my questions about the flat, what to take, and also gave great tips for tours in Maresias. I recommend it!!

Great house to go with the dogs, the beach is 3km from the house on foot, you can rest.. very good neighborhood.. but if you are going to stay more than 5 days it is complicated because there is no washing machine.. but other than that it is very good and extremely clean and organized..
