Excellent location! The House was built in 1970 and is in the historic center of São Sebastião very close (100 meters) to buildings dating back to the 16th and 17th centuries, such as the Mother Church. It is 50 meters from Rua da Praia, where the best restaurants, cafes, açaí, bars, shows, events, playground are located. It is an accommodation space that has three apartments: Studio Zen, Studio Vida and Casa Flora. If you come in a larger group, you'll be able to rent the entire space. So, welcome everyone.
