Christiane is a discreet but attentive person because it is always available if you need advice . her cats come to give a hello from time to time ... and the accommodation is very good with all the essentials to have a good and clean stay. Super Host, large and bright apartment with a very nice decor and lots of facilities. View from the window of the pretty building of the Marché des Marennes with its Baltard-style architecture and the three restaurants less than a minute away. 10 min by bike to the beach (thank you for the bike:)). The large parking lot of Place Carnot is 100 m away. Special mention for the layout of the apartment (there must be about twenty light points and sockets and the kitchen is used with much more than the essentials). Thank you for everything, we'll be back with pleasure.

I would recommend it, in a good location, spacious clean, well-fenced stayed with 1 4-year-old and 2 dogs were safe easily accessible to the beach by car, or even on foot despite the traffic, the sidewalks are wide for walking Very well-equipped kitchen. thank you

We had a great time at Penelope's place. A small, quiet new house close to Oléron. The house is very nice, and very beautifully decorated! The bedding is great. Our host was available and very pleasant. We would recommend this listing and would not hesitate to return!
