Loved our stay at Diana’s place- we were celebrating my bachelorette party. It was nice to be so close to downtown Salem but also on a private street- it’s walkable or a 5 min or less uber drive away. The place has really cool water views out the windows! We had a small fire alarm issue but Diana was very helpful and responsive. I would recommend trying the sauna it was very relaxing!

Mark's place was outstanding. It was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. We chose the location because of the local views (the marsh is so beautiful, and it did not disappoint!) and because of the excellent reviews, and it met all our hopes and expectations. As a fellow Airbnb host who wants a very clean place for my own guests and when I travel, I think this was the cleanest place I've every stayed. It was truly spotless, which was so lovely. Mark was responsive and helpful when we had a question. The bed was comfortable (albeit tall--a short person might need a boost up!), there was so much closet room, and overall plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was bright & well outfitted. We had a wonderful time, even though we arrived in the middle of an unusual late-May Nor'easter. We enjoyed the local restaurants and cute Mayflour bakery, and used Mark's guide book for choosing a beach. We very much hope to come back! Thank you Mark for your kind hospitality!

My family and I had a lovely stay at Jessica's beautiful place! It was so nice and cozy, and the fishpond/fountain out back is so peaceful and relaxing. Jessica was a wonderful host. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would love to visit again!

I absolutely loved my recent stay at Jen's condo in Salem. The place is so comfy and so cozy. l really loved the big comfortable bed, and I wish I had a couch just like the very comfortable in the living room. The space is small, but It is perfect for just one person. It would be great for couples too. The decor is very pretty. The neighborhood is very quiet. It is easy to get around, either by walking or taking rideshare. close to great attractions and shopping. Jen is a great host, and always ready to help you. I definitely give this place 5 stars! Gary provided an amazing experience during our stay! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to main attractions, yet peaceful and relaxing. Gary was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making us feel right at home. Small touches like a welcoming Thanksgiving card and chocolates really stood out. i loved this place so much, the photos do not do the place justice. I had a great time, the place was so relaxing and i felt right at home. Peabody is such a nice place and there are so many stores right near by, even walkable. The best part of the place is the outdoor patio which have seats and such a nice view. i love how much light the place got during the day and during the sunsets. the place was super clean and nicely decorated. Demetri was such a great host and was so helpful, friendly and responsive! Thank you for a great stay!

We are very happy with our choice to stay at Andree's beautiful condo. Andree's place had everything -- everything -- we (and our dogs!) could need. She even provided a drawerful of dog bowls, toys, and treats -- not to mention doggy stairs and a doggy bed and coverings. The Himalayan yak cheese treats were brilliant, as they kept Tuxy and Jersey Girl occupied for quiet and satisfied mornings! The king bed was SO COMFORTABLE, and the 2 large TVs were perfectly placed. It was a great location -- right downtown, and also right on Back Harbor. We could walk out the door and watch the sunset shimmer on the water -- or walk in the other direction for a delicious gelato, fantastic seafood, or browsing local shops and galleries. Rockport is a delightful town in which to spend a summer holiday, and we highly recommend Andree's place.

Shirley & Marie were great hosts. The house was clean and tidy upon our arrival. Check-in & check-out were very easy. They were very easy to communicator with before our arrival. Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy to get to the city. Lots of space for the six of us to eat and relax together. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline just minutes walk from the place. Comfortable beds and soft sheets too! We also had no troubles parking nearby and leaving our car (for free) for our entire stay.

What more can I say that hasn't already been said by other guests? The place was perfect for our 35th anniversary get-a-way. Darryl was so on top of things. We had a question and it was answered within 2 minutes. He really is a SUPER HOST.

The house was adorable and very clean. We weren't there much, but we had everything we needed when we were there. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when needed.

It’s a lovely and peaceful neighborhood. The home was really good. Very spacious bedrooms, well stocked kitchen and living room. Wish we had more time to spend indoors. Andy was else quick on responses and proactively addressed any questions we had. Grocery store is just around the corner so that’s a big plus too. Overall a great experience

Adorable brownstone in JP! Close to the orange line, quiet neighborhood with lots of families. House was great, lots of space.

Beautifully appointed flat near downtown Boston and Logan airport! Three comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms were appreciated. Great kitchen with nice appliances. Upscale feel. Third floor walk-up, so you need to be comfortable with stairs — but worth the climb! Responsive and friendly host Ana made us feel supported and welcome. Parking was a plus. Recommended!

This was a wonderful space in a lovely town. Walk to restaurants and easy access to the T. Just a heads up! Parking is for one vehicle. We parked additional vehicles on the T station not too far away. Highly recommend this place.

Toby and Quinn's apartment was perfect for our stay during our daughter's college graduation. We also rented an additional studio apartment in the house for everyone's comfort. All spaces were squeaky clean, comfortable, and nicely appointed. They were also super easy to communicate with and extraordinarily helpful when we forgot some items in the unit. Highly recommended!

I would return without hesitation! Charley responded quickly and warmly, shared info that personalized our stay. The space was lovely, clean, a great layout, with wonderful light due to skylights. Great location with an easy walk to town and walking paths along the bay. Could not have asked for better!

Stayed for 4 days, 3 nights. Great apartment with fantastic rooftop overlooking city. More personal than just a hotel. Place was just as described, laundry a plus! Host very responsive and friendly. Just stairs are very steep going up and down (3 long flights). So definitely consider this! Would stay again

Had a lovely stay in the cute town of Winthrop. The house was an old, but very newly renovate with all the quaintness you find in a well cared for historic home. The beds were comfortable. It was in a great location and there were so many nice ammenities that other places I’ve stayed did not have. The little extras like the laundry detergent, the Keurig and pods, a bottle of wine All meant so much. I was with my son and daughter in law and two granddaughters, and everybody felt immediately at home. Will definitely return.

A beautiful home and thoughtful details that made us feel very comfortable. Beds were comfortable, house was incredibly clean and the outdoor porch is a wonderful hang out spot
