We really enjoyed our stay at Addison Choate. The location is very convenient yet quiet. Easily walkable to the Shalin-Liu Performance Center, shops, and restaurants. We had clear and responsive communication with the innkeepers and a flexible, easy check-in. The Inn is a lovely restoration with cozy features and modern updates. Super comfortable and clean! Highly recommend.

CAMBRIDGE BUCKET LIST: My daughter has been living on Harvard Street a few blocks from Gingko House for 2 years. I have tried, when we visited in the past,to stay here but it was always booked. The tree lined street is beautiful with well kept historical houses interspersed among apartment buildings. I have passed this unique inn several times and wondered if it was charming on the inside as it is on the outside. It did not disappoint.The living room, dining room and kitchen accessible to guests were spotless.If you want to stay in a place that is lovely, inviting, and clean.This is the place. I loved the house rule of no outdoor shoes inside.They provide slippers! Our room had plenty of light and one of the windows looked out onto a brick patio.We appreciated the daily housekeeping service.The room had a large desk which came in handy for my work zoom call. Nancy and Lance were our points of contact and responded quickly with clear directions.The location is ideal when visiting here!

This place was great and very charming! Walking distance to downtown Newburyport and very spacious for the price. Everything was very clean and up to date, plus the parking space was an additional bonus. Would 100% recommend staying here!

Really enjoyed staying here even though, as they said, no one is onsite to greet you. Room was quiet, comfortable, clean and newly renovated. Really like location. Great restaurants within short walk, and close to the T at Porter Square stop. They had both a fan and space heater in closet (I had to use fan one night). I traveled alone and chose to stay on second floor in main building. Nice safe environment. Only minor thing was the tiny toilet which could be noticeable if traveling with a large person. Otherwise race reviews and I’d definitely stay there again.

Douglas was wonderful to communicate with regarding our stay. Provided all the information we needed well in advance and responded to all questions extremely quickly. The place was perfect for six adults and everything was as described in the listing. I am very picky about cleanliness and bedding comfort and was not disappointed. We have family in Marblehead and will definitely be returning to Douglas’ place! Perfect location with all the comforts of home and a host that was great!

Look no more! Winter Island Retreat is a seaside oasis that creates an atmosphere of tranquility and peace. From the moment I arrived I was struck by it's beauty captivated by the stunning sunrises to start each day The retreat is charming and a place of solace. The beautifully manicured lawn and gardens filled with lush floral designs adds to its magic. while the front porch with its rocking chairs, invite you to slow down and savor your morning coffee or lose yourself in a good book. Evenings are equally special walking the path to the beach and settling into the adriondack chair with a glass of wine It's a peaceful ritual that grounds you in gratitude. The home itself is cozy, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated with calming beachy touches that make you feel at ease. It's perfectly located just minutes from downtown Salem. I'm grateful to be one of the lucky guests to stay in David's home. He was a kind and gracious host. A truly memorable retreat I will be back

Sarah and Chris were amazing hosts. What a perfect location, with beautiful surroundings. Their place was close to town and was a beautiful short walk to everything, yet quiet surroundings. They were also extremely helpful with transportation information as we were not from the area. Would go back in a heart beat, felt right at home.

Susan was a great host and did a wonderful job providing a warm and welcoming space. We loved all the details of the historic home and the location was great. Just a minute walk from the downtown and an ocean view park.

Condo was small, but very well appointed. Nice touches - coffee & tea provided & even cream in the refrigerator! An old house but well renovated - bathroom had thick, fluffy towels, & kitchen had many small appliances. It is situated in the middle of Old Town so you can walk everywhere. A very pleasant experience!

Beautiful topnotch cottage. 2nd time staying here and will return! Super hosts in a great location.

Beautiful apartment in the Neck - probably the pettiest place I’ve been to in all of Boston. Highly recommended!
