I would definitely stay there again. Wonderful home close to several towns and activities. Very clean and Ken and Sue are so responsive to anything you need, even things you don’t think you need like starting a fire in the fire pit! Highly recommend!

Stayed for one night following a wedding reception. Excellent price for the space and sleeping accommodations. Clean, accessible location, responsive and flexible host. Overall great experience with no hassle check in and check out.

This place felt like “Home”! We spent the majority of our time on the screened in porch! The wildlife activity was endless from owls, deer, pileated woodpeckers and endless squirrels and chippies! The neighborhood was as beautiful as I remembered, having lived in the area many years prior to moving out west! Our morning walks were a great workout on the hills! Book it! You will not be disappointed!

Had a great stay , wonderful hosts . Rental is as described , comfortable and anything one could need is close by. Family neighborhood in the heart of town. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing that HOUSE vibe w/privacy . Thanks guys.

Stay was great! The kitchen had everything you could need and the space was clean. Good location and super close drive to skiing at Granite Peak. We accidentally forgot some stuff at the Airbnb and Janet was super flexible with getting the stuff!

Our trip to Wausau was spectacular and made even better by this great place to stay! It was accommodating for our whole family and we were so thankful that the house was clean and close to downtown. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

This is our second time staying at Amanda's home. It's in a great location for many of the family friendly Wausau attractions and parks. We plan to stay again!

The Chouse was an amazing space. We had an extended stay here and it was perfect for our needs. It was a great location for our family in Wausau and a perfect place to bring the grandkids over for the day. We had room to play games and do crafts. They loved the air hockey and Pac-Man games. We had several tournaments. We would highly recommended this place for a family gathering.

This place is fantastic, and we'll for sure be back. There was plenty of space for us all to gather, kick back, and relax. We had everything we could have wanted & needed. Loved the bar/game room and nature trail. Had everything we needed for nightly grill outs and bonfires. Very peaceful and serene. Hoping to come back during the summer for some fun on the water. Dawn was very responsive, and we so appreciated being able to include our pups on our vacation.

From answering questions while considering our booking to responding while we were there, Dawn went above and beyond to be available and kind and courteous. Everyone was impressed with how well things were labeled and spelled out for you. We loved how many rooms there were and places to sleep, while maintaining some privacy for different family members. So many games to play! Everything you would need in the kitchen. Paddleboats, kayaks, and life jackets, and wonderful backyard, trails to explore, and more! We are already talking about booking next year! We are super excited to have found such a wonderful getaway to accommodate our big family so close to home!! Definitely recommend!!!

The house seems bigger on the inside! That is what stood out most. There were three private bedrooms, and one room with many beds. Heaters were provided in the "cooler" areas on the porch and upstairs, nice to have. I felt like the beds were decently comfortable and there was adequate bedding throughout. One thing to note, there was only one two-prong outlet in the bathroom, but for us it was fine - However I know some people travel with lots of hair appliances so thought I would point it out, there is a blow dryer provided in the bathroom. There is a second toilet located in the basement, but for all practical purposes - just the one bathroom. The house was great size for all 4 of us. Plenty of space. The driveway is very narrow and long with cement retaining wall on one side, and bushes on the other... use caution if you have large SUV. But nice to have off-street parking. The kitchen was small but very cute. Would book again.

We had a wonderful stay and experience. The check in was easy and once inside we were happy with the clean and well taken care of interior. Very comfortable beds and a large dining room table were the best. This is an older home so expect a very squeaky steps going upstairs and hallway. We didn't mind since it reminded us of our parents home when growing up. A great location and easy access to restaurants and stores.

This house was great for our group of 10 for a ski weekend at Granite Peak. It had everything we needed! A very warm and cozy stay. About 5 minutes from the ski resort. We highly recommend this spot & hope to make it an annual trip!

Our stay was amazing. Enough beds and places to sleep for all of us. The house was very spacious and had many areas to hang out. The house was as described, even better!!! I was highly recommend this property. Karin was a very good host, responded immediately to any questions that I had. The hot tub was an added bonus!!! Thank you for a great stay, I would definitely stay here again!!

The owner of the property was very helpful she sent me a text before my arrival day and asked if we needed anything. The house looked similar to the picture. It was a big house alot of space plenty of room for the 4 of us which is 2 couples and our dog. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook with. The coffee was supplied which is a nice touch. There was portable fans and one portable heater upstairs in the bedroom which is needed. There is a pond to swim in but we did not feel comfortable in doing so and it was not that hot. We had a great time staying in this spacious house and really like the location because it is close to town but not too close to all the hustle and bustle. We enjoyed walking around the property.

We had a wonderful time at this air bnb. Everything was clean and simple! The water access was especially awesome and creates a unique vibe for the home. Very comfortable and cozy!
