Great house in an beautiful location. Both the beach and the mountains are accessible, while Navpaktos is only a 10 min drive. The house is very well taken care of, clean and large. Fully equipped kitchen and heating + air conditioning in every room. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive, we didn't miss anything. We had a really good time, would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone who's in the area, summer or winter.

Had an absolutely wonderful time. Ελενη was extremely responsive, kind, and welcoming. Any issues we had were dealt with within minutes. The space was wonderful and left us wanting for nothing. It was only after arriving that we realized just how perfect the location was as well. Would recommend to anyone, including first time visitors to nafpaktos as we were.

What wonderful you welcomed us personally what is always way better than ‘here is the code for the keylocker, and good luck’ what we experienced elsewhere unfortunately. After a long ride you left us some refreshments and cake in the fridge, that shows you’re a great host. The apartment is cosy, beautiful and clean, the kitchen full of useful equipment and makes you feel at home immediately. Parking is available in front of the house. The king size bed was great and comfortable. The rooms were well equipped with airconditioning to help us through the warm nights in Greece. Many thanks for allowing us to stay with you. What a beautiful location. Right on the sea where my boys could literally jump into the sea from the patio. The house was perfect for what we needed and ideal for watching the sun rise with a coffee and set with a glass of local wine. Derveni is a great location for driving to local sites and exploring the mountains. We hired a boat from 'Lidoblue' in Kiato and played with dolpins. Comfortable beds and aircon for when the nights started to heat up. Thank you and we look forward to returing for longer next year 🤞😀✨️

This was the absolute most peaceful, amazing stay. Our host is an absolute gem and you feel like you're visiting family. Wonderful "beach town" to walk, or bike around, supermarket near by and great restaurants and coffee shops. You will never want to leave!!

Totally loved Nikos place… one of our faves on many Greek road trips. Being a stand alone rooftop mini house was great. Very clean & stylish in a fuss free groovy way like the considered placement of fab built in furniture. Good lighting especially the ceiling recess. Gorgeous picture window & terrace with great view & surrounds. The groovy little kitchen had all one would need for a longer stay than our two nights though we only enjoyed morning coffee and koulouri (from coffee place very quick walk away) on the terrace as so many great food options in Nafpaktos we ate out for all meals. Mexican Bulldog was a fun change from the usual yummy food in Greece. The bed and pillows were comfy and felt fresh plus loved the huge bathroom basin, great taps and even a small bath. The tap water was wonderfully pure for drinking and showering. Nikos being a great guy made the stay even more enjoyable. Wish we could have stayed a week or more.

Clean accommodation, very present hosts, incomparable kindness. We will keep fond memories of our stay.

A fantastic vacation home surrounded by a charming garden, great pool with many places to linger. Terrace in the shade and with sea view as an option complete the outdoor offer. House is clean, fly screens everywhere, beds new and very comfortable, Greek furnishings, only the kitchen could be a little better equipped, but of course this is always a personal feeling. All around, highly recommended for those looking for a pool with tranquility and sea access in one!

Such an amazing home for our family. It was comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. The yard was amazing and felt like we were able to get a nice break from the Greek heat out there in the shade during the day. The host was so amazing, responsive, and friendly. We ran into her at the beach and her husband patiently taught my kids how to skip rocks. Definitely recommend this home and kind hearted, lovely host!

We really enjoyed our vacation, the apartment was spacious, clean, fully equipped with everything we needed and more! Our host was very gracious and accommodating. The location is perfect for R&R, beautiful scenery, the view is really majestic, you can enjoy the mountain view from the balcony in the back and the sea view from the massive balcony! The pool was great we spent many afternoons swimming and taking in the amazing scenery. Thank you Konstantinos, until next time!!!

Villa Calypso was great, exactly as per the photos. It is located in a very peaceful spot with lovely views from all the windows, 5 min walk to the sea side. Inside, it was really clean, spacious, kids friendly and very tastefully decorated. There was everything we needed, whether we were sitting inside or chilling in the garden. Nora is an amazing host, really caring about her guests. You can feel she really wanted us to enjoy her villa and the surroundings. She responded to all our needs very promptly. My family had a great time in Nafpaktos and would highly recommend the villa and the lovely Nora, who comes with it! :-) Thank you Nora!

Very beautiful villa,nicely decorated! The view is amazing, perfect to offer relaxation as you hear the sound of the sea next to you..very cool living room, as the sea breeze came Only two highlights. The pool area needs an upgrade.. it looked somewhat neglected with old chairs and had not been recently cleaned.. Secondly.. it is necessary to light the street that leads to the villas,as in the evening it is very difficult to find the detour because there is no signage.. reaching the car to the villa we stayed(the last one in the row) almost missed to continue down which were the stairs as it was not clear starting.. This must be taken care of by the owner by putting some discreets that will help anyone who comes first time. Overall we had a great time! A little more attention to cleanliness details.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The person in charge of hosting was adorable and attentive. He has always been very responsive and attentive to each of our requests. The space was perfect. We were the first (and only the only ones in the residence) to stay there so everything was new. Impeccable cleanliness. Tastefully modern decor. Very comfortable bedding with several types of pillows (firm & soft). Many towels available, very soft and pleasant to the touch. The terrace overlooking the pool is awesome, well sheltered from the sun with sea views. And the main asset of the place: the pool. Very clean, very well maintained and views overlooking the Gulf of Corinth. Children can play there without restraint, there are no adjoining neighbors. A ping pong table is available. The house is comfortable. Really recommend the place if you want to have a quiet stay with the family.

now is the given family visit. The house is always spotless and tidy and the owners are communicative and friendly. For families with young children who appreciate quiet I highly recommend it

Cozy and beautifully decorated apartment, just a few steps away from the central square of Nafpaktos. Theodora is a very responsive and polite host. An easy recommendation from me.

Faye and Dimitris, in addition to being a lovely couple, were exemplary hosts! They were flexible, very understanding and very helpful with our arrival. The accommodation is true to the photos with a very nice terrace and everything you need to cook and prepare a delicious breakfast. It is in a very good location, both close to the port and in a quiet and peaceful area of this incredible island. Trizonia and Faye and Dimitris' house are the perfect combo for a family vacation. We recommend it 100%!

We visited Yannis' apartment, on 7/12/24 for a weekend, a family with two children. First of all, let me emphasize that the apartment is very close to the port of Monastiraki. From the balconies, you see a part of the beach.... and up to the opposite, that is the blue lake. Within 30 meters are two cafes where at night 🌃 you can eat mainly grilled. There are plenty of parking spaces in the harbor area. The apartment is comfortable for 4 people, and the mattress of the double bed is satisfactory. The bathroom is comfortable and clean. The air conditioners are both quite efficient, although the outside temperature was 38 degrees Celsius. From the blue lake, it's a 2 minute drive Around, there are taverns with all the options. Of course there are also two just below the house🏡, which we didn't visit. Giannis is friendly and informative. So we had to communicate, he was present. Highly recommended !!
