The house has beautiful sea view, is in a quiet place and its ideal for family vacations. Its fully furnished and equipped. It's only 7,6 km away from the airport and 16 km from the centre of Chania. We also rent a smaller house for 3 people "STAY SALTY 2".

We had such a fantastic time as a group of 8! Tony was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole stay, he made our vacation a breeze. There was plenty of space with the two villas and the views are incredible. The villas were well equipped to be able to cook in. Location is remote, very close to excellent nearby restaurants and easy drive over to Chania. Would highly recommend, thank you for the amazing hospitality!

we stayed one week at villa minoa and had a great time. our kids age 2 and 3 years old loved it. The shallow water and sandy beach is just perfect. Spiros the owner was around and took us to the supermarked as there is no big supermarked in Marathi (only downside really). He was so friendly. the locals are amazing too. Great local restaurant. And Alex the host was all big smiles and gave us detailed instructions and communicating with him was so easy and helpfull. I miss the place already. House and garden is great. Was not missing a thing. Its a peaceful place suited for the once who like a low key holiday with no tourism and shops.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay in Eleni’s house. It is right on Marathi beach, a nice little beach with a small tavern with good food and cheap beach parasols and beds for rent. Beautiful view on the Souda Bay. 5 min walking distance are more beach restaurants. Communication was friendly, clear and quick. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice and comfortable beds and we spend a lot of time on our private balcony. I would definitely return here!

Maria’s house was perfect for a family, lots of outside space for shady eating, playing and all the beach clobber. It was just a short walk to the beach and restaurants, we didn’t need a car and taxis were easy for trips to Chania and airport. Maria and Costa were lovely and brought us fresh fruit and vegetables from their garden. We hope to go back next year!

The accommodation was impeccable! Spotless and very comfortable space for a family with children. Both houses are beautifully decorated. It had a perfect yard and terrace. Close to the beaches of Marathi and Loutraki. Also very close to a pharmacy and a mini market.

A modern kitchen and dining area features a sleek wooden table set for four, surrounded by brown leather chairs. Large glass doors invite natural light and offer views of the ocean and surrounding landscape. Contemporary cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances complete the space.
