We absolutely love living here and thought we would like to share one of our favourite places with others. We are central to the Waikato, minutes from the Waikato Expressway/SH1 - approx. an hours drive to Auckland, west coast surfing/fishing beaches like Raglan, 90 mins to east coast Coromandel's world renowned beautiful beaches, a short drive to Hakarimata bushwalks with 800 year old Kauri, Golf Course, Hot Pools, Huntly Speedway, 20 minutes to Hamilton, Hampton Downs Raceway, and lovely cafe's a short drive.

Nestled at the foot of the Hakarimata range, the cabin is completely private and separate from the hosts residence. It is the perfect retreat, a place to break up your journey or as a base for the many tourist, cycling or walking activities the Waikato has to offer. The cabin has a queen-sized bed with ensuite. The kitchenette has gas hobs with small fridge, kettle, toaster, and all basic utensils. Milk, tea and coffee are included. There’s wifi and a TV with Chromecast.

Welcome to the West Wing! We live in an old villa on 2 acres of lawn and garden. Near the main house but not attached to it we have our guest house. We have decorated it in keeping with it’s history but with all modern conveniences including Sky TV. We have a comfy king bed in the studio part with a double bed upstairs in the gorgeous retro attic. The upstairs bed is suitable for a smaller couple or a single person or child. We have a lovely, well equipped kitchen.
