Vacation rentals with a patio in Mar del Sur

Everything was great, Daniela always communicated quickly and gave all the necessary details to check in/out quickly, she was attentive to my messages, and she arranged a garage inside the accommodation. As for the apartment itself, it is very nice, you can tell that it is a new apartment, it is very good from every point of view, decoration, cleanliness, comfort, appliances, and even the aroma in it that always smelled good when you arrived. And the area is also in a very accessible location to everything. In short, a great place to enjoy Mardel!

Great place to stay for couple days, highly recommend

The apartment is just like the photos. The location is unbeatable, close to the beach but in turn close to the center and with excellent access to different collective lines. It is very well equipped and very comfortable and bright. The guys are very friendly and predisposed. I recommend it

Ernestina is an excellent host. She always answered very quickly, and was attentive to every need. We had flexible check-in and check-out. The apartment is spotless, clean, spacious, with a garage. The area is very good, close to a supermarket, and places to walk and eat. Very close to the sea.

The apartment has a spectacular view of Mar del Plata. Super well located for a walk along the coast. Incredible sunrises and sunsets. We had a great time, and the host was super!

Javier's apartment is BEAUTIFUL, exquisite decorative details, excellently well-equipped with everything needed to make the stay pleasant. In addition, the garage and pool are a plus. Javier helped us with recommendations on where to eat. The area is very busy, with a gastronomic and commercial scene. Shopping is just a few blocks away. We had a great time and will definitely be back!! Thank you Javier.

Lucia was always very friendly and always willing to help. We had a problem with the water but she didn't respond right away. I would definitely go back.

**A flawless stay in a super comfortable house** We spent some beautiful days in this home. The house is located in a very picturesque and quiet area, steps away from the park and very close to key points such as Costa Galana, the port and the Paseo Güemes. It is a very well-kept property, with an excellent level of cleanliness and general maintenance. What we valued most was the practicality of the space: we travel with young children and the garden was ideal for them to play and enjoy the outdoors safely. The house is functional, comfortable and really allows you to rest. We would definitely come back. Thanks for such a good experience!

We loved everything! The house is divine! Everything is tasteful and clean. Very comfortable, well furnished, bright, good ventilation. Safe (it has an alarm). The neighborhood where it is is super quiet, zero noise. It has a huge and beautiful garden. The shower outside is very practical for getting rid of the sand. The beautiful gallery, you can see the sea and dreamy sunsets. It's 5 minutes from a beautiful beach, super family-friendly and pet-friendly. We went with our little dog and she was well received! It has an ice cream shop and chairs for the beach!! We were received with a 10! A beautiful experience in Chapadmalal.

The apartment is very comfortable in every way, due to its size and location. We didn't use the amenities because of the time of year we went, but they surely add a lot in summer. Highly recommended for two!!! Thank you

The apartment is located in a very good area, it is close to all the tourist places and the bus stations. It has everything you need to spend a few days and it is quite quiet to rest at night, I would definitely stay again in the same place.

Such a great apartment! It was perfect for family of 5 for a 2 week stay. Very spacious with a beautiful high end kitchen and a patio and terrace with a view of the lovely plaza Mitre My children loved being right next to plaza, there is so much for kids to do there! Walkable in a wonderful area with lots of great restaurants nearby as well as good proximity to the beach. The building staff were always friendly and helpful and the host is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Amazing place to feel at home. EVERYTHING you need. The first time I don't have to go buy a utensil. The communication with the person in charge was exceptional all the time. I definitely have the data for future trips to Mdq.
