Super well located, just a 10-minute walk to Enseada Beach, our apartment is surrounded by markets, restaurants, pharmacies and Pets The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, and the apartment also has the entire structure for a Home Office, with high-speed internet, a monitor, and a wireless keyboard and mouse kit. Come and see for yourself and you'll be charmed!

The apartment is furnished with 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor area. In addition to a swimming pool and a closed garage for 1 vehicle in the condominium. Praia do Mar Casado is so called because of its formation and the positioning of Morro do Mar Casado. When the tide is high, the waters of Mar Casado Beach merge with those of Pernambuco Beach, forming a single beach. We do not accept pets (subject to a fine). No smoking. We do not provide bed and bath linens.

We don't provide bed linen, we don't provide towels, we have 6 pillows, no more than 6 people. No smoking.
