It has 2 en-suites (all with air-conditioning), a living room with 2 environments (smart TV, Wi-Fi), an American kitchen (with a coffee maker, refrigerator, electric oven, toaster, microwave, blender and cutlery), a toilet, a laundry area (new 8-kilo washing machine), a private patio in the back (to enjoy a day at the beach we offer 4 beach chairs and an umbrella, the front patio of the house is private... with parking for 2 cars, an electronic gate.

House in a condominium with all the infrastructure, 3 bedrooms, one suite, with double box beds and auxiliary beds in two bedrooms. Air-conditioning in every room. Two bathrooms, full kitchen with all utensils, patio with spa/jacuzzi, barbecue, two adult bicycles and bed and bath linens available. The house accommodates up to 6 people. We wish our guests happy days in our home.
