The experience at Recanto da Lua was great, easy to find, very quiet and quiet place,the only sound you hear is that of the cascade that is inside the property.Dona Petula makes you very comfortable, in addition to great tips from restaurants, snacks etc.. In addition, it has canine companions Chokita and Chokito that are very docile and partners when making their way to the waterfall or the frog trail.

The stay was perfect! The house is a work of love and art, with signs of affection in every detail making us feel at home. We bathed in the river and sunbathed (about 15 minutes of walking), went to Cascata da Forqueta (by car + walking + trail) and it was very worthwhile! It's beautiful! We saw armadillos on the road and big jararaca lizards on the trail. If there is someone in the group who is not used to hiking, it is better to look for other waterfalls, there are beautiful options. On the road there is pastel and cane juice, there is also Rua do Comércio, with a market that serves very well. The valley is beautiful, the mountains are mesmerizing, the family (which we were lucky enough to meet) is charming, and the house, which has their affection expressed, is perfect. The family is close but the privacy is total! Drinking coffee while looking at the mountains for hours, enjoying a wine by the fireplace at night were an important part of this experience, where time stopped for us. Go and be happy as we were, and have beautiful memories like the ones we brought back!

The house is beautiful, comfortable and very cozy. There is a small river that flows in the background, a lot of tranquility and privacy. It has a floor fire, barbecue and fireplace. Trees with fruit, shade and sunny parts. Furnished with architectural taste. I highly recommend it.
