Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Manteo

The house is very nicely decorated and has a well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is roomy with a lovely walk in shower. We had a bit of rainy weather and it was nice for my family to be able to hang out in the living room together. The house was very clean. I appreciated having off street parking and being in a quiet neighborhood. If we would have had more time, it would have been very fun to use the bikes to ride the nearby trail along the sound. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

We had the best weekend at this property! It was so clean, excellent location/ quick walk to the beach, and the host included so many thoughtful details to the space and our stay that made our trip wonderful. We will book again the next time we are in the OBX!

We had a great three night stay, my three adult children and I. The beach was surprisingly almost ours to ourselves. For an older traditional OBX house, it was well updated and very well appointed. The central floor plan is very open. I love it when you can be in the kitchen cooking while talking to everybody in the living area and those around the dinner table at the same time. Awesome view of the ocean off the back deck. We sat in the hot tub and still see the ocean. Im sometimes leary of hot tubs at the beach, a lot of times they are not well maintained. Danielle's was spotless and the water chemistry was perfect and safe. There was absolutely nothing we needed or any place where we needed to go that was not within a 5-minute drive. All of my family are fisherman. if you like to fish, there's not a better place to stay. getting from the house to the beach to surf fish takes less than a minute. we walked up to the OBX Pier several times to fish, probably less than a 5 minute walk.

My wife and I stayed here for a getaway week. The house was very clean and as advertised. We were happy to see a larger couch than in the photos and a TV in the one bedroom. We would come again!

Carrie's place was among one of the best AirBnb's our family has stayed at in the OBX to date. The location is great, the neighborhood is very safe, and restaurants and beach access are just a few blocks away! The amenities that Carrie provided were well worth the price and her welcoming demeanor guaranteed our family will be back as soon as we can. Thank you for everything Carrie, you did an excellent job creating your lovely getaway.

We loved our stay at the Tiki House! It was close to lots of great places like Surfin’ Spoon, The Spot, and Totugas’ Lie. Easy walk to the beach. The house itself was very clean and well supplied. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful hosts and space was perfect, i never, ever book pet friendly spaces so I was a little worried about my allergies, but the space was spotless. Thank you for sharing your home.

Dana and her co Host was amazing we had the best few days of vacation possible in the outer banks 100% recommend Dana’s place we will for sure be back next year and anytime we go to obx !

We loved our time at A Stones Throw - perfect location across from a beautiful beach access, we loved all the outdoor decks and porches, comfortable furniture on each level, and beds were comfy. Huge table in living space for family dinner and games. We enjoyed the pool one day and the hot tub and also roasted marshmallows at the fire pit. It was a a really nice visit.

Our family had a great vacation. The house was beautiful with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all of us!! The house is private but very close to the beach, dunes, restaurants and shops. Would definitely love to visit again!

We had such an amazing time here! She was quick to respond and the place was beautiful! The backyard was perfect for our toddler to play in and I really appreciated that there was a baby gate for upstairs. We will definitely be coming back!

The view over the water from the deck was amazing on the non-rainy days! The place was easy to find after our first attempt (which was at night during the rain). The second bedroom was a bit small but since it was only needed for sleeping, it was ok. It was quiet and peaceful and the people we saw occasionally were very friendly. The location is great, equally spaced between downtown Manteo and Nags Head. We wish we could have spent more time there aside from the conference we were attending.

House is great. The garage/basement is separated from the main house which is great if some people want to stay up late. Plenty of room for a large group. Host was super responsive and understanding about any issue that came up. Beach is walkable or you can use the public parking lot across the main road.

Perfect location for us. Lovely view from her cozy porch and everything you need is right there. The restaurant at the marina was perfect for dinner after a day of fishing.

Jeff and Sue's place was perfect for us, 8 adults and my elderly dog. It had plenty of rooms, bathrooms, TVs and even a piano! One of the bedrooms is actually a mother-in-law apartment with a small functional kitchen. The bed and the sheets were so comfy! It was all nice and clean. It is located in a low key, quiet residential neighborhood. Our stay was pleasant. Our hosts were very responsive. It was as described and in the pictures. Yes, I would stay there again. Thanks Jeff and Sue!

We are repeat renters from Andy and this location as we love it so much. Being avid wildlife photographers we make frequent trips to the area and we check the availability first thing so we don’t have any issues with having a clean and perfect place to crash after a long day of capturing the local wildlife.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kathryn’s place. It was the perfect location for our trip to the Outer Banks. We appreciated how dog friendly the place was - being able to rinse the dogs off in the outdoor shower was very convenient. Our hosts were kind and responsive, and we highly recommend this stay!

I appreciated how nice the stay was on such short notice. She had everything ready to go ahead of time and was very responsive to our communication.

This place was the perfect spot for my little family including a baby and our dog. With it being so close to the beach we had no issues quickly going between the beach and rental whenever needed. A huge plus was the outdoor shower that allowed us to be able to rinse the sand off before going inside. There are so many restaurants, store and sites to see within a short drive or walk. We definitely see ourselves coming back.

Fantastic stay in downtown Manteo. Unbeatable location to be close to everything. The setup of the house worked very well for our family including parents, teens, and dogs! Dee was a fantastic host and we’ll definitely be back!

The home was clean and instructions were very easy to follow. Since we were looking for a peaceful location on this trip, it fit the bill. The view was worth the cost. We knew there would be others around, as it was described accurately and clearly as a condo community. Supplies were very sufficient for us, and the owners were responsive. Enjoyed this trip!

Jane’s loft was in the middle of town. So much to do in every direction. The space was very open and full of light. We great enjoyed our stay and would stay again vs a hotel any day!
