The cottage has a large kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms as well as a bathroom and toilet. You will find calm and comfort in this charming cottage in the heart of the Brasserie des Gabariers, in the small quiet village of Plaizac, 5 minutes from Rouillac. You will have a garden area just for you and access to the Logis swimming pool.

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. Charming house with stunning views in the heart of the village. Small peaceful haven and very quiet. You can enjoy a relaxing time with our Professional SPA (children are not allowed). We provide a small inflatable pool for the little ones. We are adjacent to the gîte. We invite you to discover our range of "Gastronomic Spirits" based on rum through a tasting if we are present.

Located in the courtyard of an old post office, it is very quiet and close to all amenities. Bed and bath linens are provided. It is equipped with a small kitchen area, a 140 cm bed, bathroom and toilet. Close to the national road 2 min, 20 min drive to the center of Angoulême, 15 min from Ruffec. Baby equipment possible. Possibility to prepare breakfast €10 per person.
