Charming two storey stone cottage, in a quiet charentais hamlet with off road parking facilities and a private courtyard. The cottage has a fitted equipped kitchen area with dishwasher in the downstairs sitting/dining room. On the first floor is the double bedroom with shower room and seperate toilet. On the second floor is the childrens room with twin beds and possiblility of third one and cot. The stairs up to this room are accessed by passing through the double room. Shared pool.

It is equipped with a small kitchen area, a 140 cm bed, bathroom and toilet. Close to the national road 2 min, 20 min drive to the center of Angoulême, 15 min from Ruffec. Baby equipment possible.
