Fresh bathroom with shower and washing machine. Floor heating & modern ventilation. Fan but no AC. Great location. Can be reached quickly from E4, road 40, Elmia & city center. Free parking on the street. Stone's throw from grocery store & bus line.

Rosenlundsstugan near Vättern, Elmia and city center

Rosenlundsstugan is a modern cottage in the Rosenlund area in Jönköping, only 3 km from the city center. The cottage is beautifully located near the southern shore of Lake Vättern. Proximity also to Elmia, Rosenlundsbadet and Husqvarna Garden. You rent a completely detached cottage with a living room with kitchen counter and kitchenette, toilet with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds. Before your arrival, the beds are made up according to the number of guests. Welcome to Rosenlundsstugan - modern cottage accommodation in a family environment!

Log cabin outside Jönköping overlooking Granarpssjön. You have access to the dock, swimming raft and boat (boat with electric motor 50 SEK/day) The lake is about 10 meters from the cabin. You'll even have access to the wood-fired sauna on the property. The accommodation is well-suited for families of up to 4 people. There are wonderful hiking/biking opportunities in the area. Taberg, a 15-minute bike ride away, has a nature reserve with several hiking trails. Jönköping is 15 km away. The property has its own patio.

Tree house in the Småland forest

A unique and peaceful accommodation in the middle of the forest. In this tree house, you live up among the trees in a peaceful and quiet place with animals, birds and nature as neighbors. Here, the noise level is quiet, it smells like forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right place. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house is in and the insulation is wood shavings from floors and walls. For us, it is important to protect the ecological and local.

Hemtrevligt och välplanerat boende med två stora och två små sovrum, fullt utrustat kök, tvätt- och diskmaskin etc. Vacker natur runt knuten och knappt 15 min bilväg till Jönköping. Ostörd altan och uteplats med direkt tillgänglighet till stor trädgård med frukt och bär. Cykelavstånd till badplats. 15 min bilväg till Jönköping, 20 min till Elmia. 2,5 km till barnvänlig badplats. 20 km till Hooks herrgård med golfbanor. 50 km till Isaberg.

Välkommen till vårt natursköna paradis! Här kan du koppla av och njuta av lugnet. Huset erbjuder en unik möjlighet till både avkoppling och äventyr. Med en egen båt, kanot och brygga kan du utforska sjön och dess omgivningar. Glöm inte flotten med möbler. Skogen runt knuten bjuder på blåbär, lingon och svamp. Koppla av framför den öppna spisen, grilla på uteplatsen eller bara njut av den fina omgivningen. Fiskekort finns att köpa på i-fiske via internet. Hoppas att ni kommer att trivas!

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. With nature around the corner you can relax in this peaceful accommodation and cool off in the summer heat in the nearby pond with a jetty and sauna about 100 meters from the accommodation. The cottage is completely newly renovated with a fireplace downstairs, there is a dining table, kitchen, toilet and a sofa bed as well as exit to a large patio. Spiral staircase to get to the upper floor where 4 beds are located, wardrobes as well as a small desk and a couple of armchairs.

Welcome to our pine cone This tree house is located in the beautiful Småland forest and offers a stay beyond the ordinary. It's intimate, simple and peaceful place. Here, as a guest, you sleep high up in the treetops and wake up to birdsong. Through the large windows, you can enjoy forest views as far as the eye can see. Here, you have the opportunity for maximum relaxation, but for those who want more activity, the accommodation is a good starting point for day trips.

Guesthouse by lake

Get close to the nature and enjoy the tranquility of our newly built (2023) guesthouse. The guesthouse is located on the same property as the main house that also rented out. The property offers a private beach with jetty for swimming, and wood-fired sauna right on the lake. The forest is outside the step so is good for the mushroom and berry picker. The lake also offers good fishing for the interested (perch, pike and zander) - or why not canoeing.

Close to lake, Isaberg skiresort and cross country center in Tranemo. Close to Golf Club with 36 holes. The nature just outside the door Hike-in/Hike-out. Food at request. Peace and silent. A place to remember.
