Large, sunny and quiet apartment.
The apartment comprises the entire 1st floor of the house, 118 m2, with living room, 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Access is independent, your car parked directly at the foot of the stairs. The large balcony is located in front of the living room. There's no elevator. You have free access to the pool. The living room and the southwest bedroom, which includes a small desk, are air-conditioned. Internet access is via Wi-Fi. I live on the ground floor myself, there are no other residents.
