We are located 4 km from the village of SEDERON, at an altitude of 1000 m, in the birthplace of the Hautes Baronnies en Drôme Provençale. All local shops in the village: bakeries, butchers, supermarket, tobacco, press , post office, pizzeria bar, restaurant hostel, nursing and physiotherapy practice. You will be conquered by the sumptuous landscapes , the scents of the lavender fields, the calm and sweetness of life ... Room for 2 people, breakfast included. The house, air-conditioned, is located 45 minutes from Aix and 1 hour from Marseille. It offers 80 m2 habitable and a garden ( front/behind with terrace) of 300 m2. The living room (20 m2) is parquet in solid area and overlooks the garden/ terrace by a bay window. 3 bedrooms are available: the 1st (12 m2) with a double bed and the other 2 with a 90 bed (one is 12 m2 and the other is 8 m2 with a large bay window in place of the wall overlooking the terrace). 2 car spots are available and free of charge.
