Monthly Rentals in Manning

We had an overall enjoyable stay. The house is spacious and well-suited for a big group, with a very convenient location. It was generally clean, aside from a few minor stains, which didn’t affect our experience much. There was a bit of a hiccup with early check-in — it was initially agreed upon, but on the day itself, we were informed that the cleaner was still working close to the official check-in time. We waited for an update afterward but didn’t receive one. That said, we were able to check in smoothly at 3pm. Communication could be a little more responsive, but everything else went smoothly. Overall, it was a good stay :)

Absolutely nice two bedroom place. Me and the family enjoyed the place very much. Located in a very nice area. Coffee shop across the street. Good neighbourhood to go for a walk anytime of the day. Will come back again and highly recommended.

Perfect location for our stay. Even though it is close to main roads, once inside the house you cannot hear any road noise. Wonderful nights rest, everything you need for a stay and immaculately clean. Already looking to book it for next year.

We stayed here for our first 4 weeks in Perth, absolutely loved the place, great location right near South Perth foreshore with easy access straight into the city and surrounding areas. Natalie and Warren were fantastic hosts, very friendly and made us feel very welcome and at home from day one. Thanks for hosting us, would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Charlie
