Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Manitou Springs

This place was a great value for our quick one-night stay. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, tons of extra blankets, a nice sitting area out back, two Roku televisions, Garden of the Gods nearly right outside, but does have that "I've walked directly into someone else's house" feel which is either cozy or unwanted depending on your personality! If you are able, I wished I would have brought my own pillow from home and was glad I brought my own ground coffee. Check out was the easiest I've ever had in an Airbnb which was also helpful and less stressful! I'd definitely stay there again.

I highly recommend Jonathan's place! This was our second time staying here, and would definitely book this place again.

Perfect choice. The home was incredible. They saw to every detail and beyond. My wife arrived solo and Sam rushed out to carry her very heavy suitcase for her. The living area was impeccably clean. They provided more than what was expected.

Historic building with unique decor. I felt right at home, safe and warm. I thought it was super cute. Easy to get in, quiet with easy parking out front.

We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, walking to the neighborhood pizza cafe and being close to downtown. We nicknamed the cozy spot “the dollhouse” because it was nicely appointed with everything we needed. We had a delightful stay!

I have stayed here many times and keep coming back because of the kind service and communication from Frank & Ingrid and because the apartment is reliably clean and pleasant and in such a great location - walkable to Colorado College and downtown Colorado Springs.

We shad a great week here. House is the perfect combination of the historical charm of a century home with modern upgrades and comforts. Only a 15 minute walk downtown with tons of good food and cool bars. Definitely recommended.

Great stay in Manitou Springs! Heather and Scott are really nice and easy to work with hosts. The house is beautiful and has everything you will need for your stay. The mattresses and linens were so comfortable!

Jacquie was great! One notable thing was the at the Keurig quit working while we were there she had a new one there by the afternoon! Couldn’t ask for a better host! She was great! Loved the place! It was amazing and the little touches everywhere were great!

Erica and William’s place was great. The location was perfect and we were able to hit all the main attractions very quickly and without any traffic. Their house is lovely. Very modern feel and fully equipped. We had everything from coffee, sugar other kitchen stuff, toiletries etc. Appreciated having enough toilet paper and kitchen towels since that’s not always the case at many places. Communication was great. Erica sent us all the information on time and was very easy to work with. Thank you very much. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect! Right in the middle of everything(Zoo, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, restaurants, etc! Neighborhood was very quiet and nice. Jacquie was very nice, helpful and proactive. Instructions in the home were great and very helpful. Great amenities and the outdoor space was great! Master bathroom was gorgeous and we enjoyed our time! Definitely will book again on future trips!

Bill, Sherry, and Robin were great to work with. There was a little issue with a water leak at the cabin, which was totally out of their control. They got someone out super quickly and made sure we were taken care of. They even gave us another place to stay as the issue took a little longer to fix than hoped for. They have been the best hosts and went above and beyond to take care of everything. We would highly recommend this cabin and plan to go back! You will be taken care of no matter what issue arrises! Totally worth it! Thank you so much for a great week for our family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Ian's place! The space was clean, as-described, and had lots of lovely unique touches. The check-in information, and particularly the photos, were super helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

OMG! What a great property tucked into downtown. Staying here felt like being “in on” a secret. The town was hopping with spring breakers, but the unit was very quiet overall. The reserved parking space was an added benefit. The unit was clean and cozy with everything at your fingertips. I would say that if you plan to cook in the unit bring aluminum foil. 😊 Again, if you get the chance to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Great stay, was very proactive with communication. The kids didn’t complain about anything and I’m not sure you can get a better compliment than teens who don’t find something to complain about.

Fantastic stay. Spacious, well-equipped, and in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs. For a short-term stay near Fort Carson, Jennifer’s place offers a refreshing perspective of the city. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and view from the back deck. Was comfortable for a few nights and in a convenient location for day trips as well as going into downtown to eat.

Loved the location which is between Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. You are minutes from the COG Train that takes you to the top of Pikes Peak, minutes from Garden of the Gods, and minutes from Red Rock Hiking. We didn't get a chance but we wanted to try the Manitou incline which is right across from the COG as well. We loved Manitou Springs...such an amazing little town with great restaurants and small shops. This house really is an amazing location. The house itself was nice, especially the basement and the kitchen/dining area. The deck and the upstairs bedrooms need some updating. Some new furniture would go a long way. If you are heading to Manitou Springs, this is the place to stay.
