We did not have any problems with the pool, it had a temperature of 25 degrees when the weather was 6 degrees. You can safely choose

House is very central at the heart of izmir close to all public transportation facilities. The room has a very comfortable double bed, big closet with mirror, a chair and a bed side lamp. There is locker on the door as well. Ezgi and her husband are very kind, helpful and open minded people! I definitely recommend this place.

Erhan and his partner were kind, offered homemade biscuits and coffee, and were happy to answer any questions. Erhan made sure we were able to check in smoothly. Overall it was a very comfortable stay! The place is clean and had all the necessities.

The apartment was located in the old neighborhood of Izmir. It was very quiet and spacious. The apartment has two floors plus a roof top access to view the sunset, cruise ship etc. It was walking distance to the taxi stand , close to the train station and broad walk where the locals go fishing, jogging, ride etc. Just a reminder you will walk some steep hills to get to and from the train station. We were received and greeted by his assistant Mr. Nihat. He was very humble, useful and delighted to welcome us to Izmir. I would highly recommend.

It was a great accommodation experience, the house was extremely well designed and almost every detail was thought of. Me and my family had a great time here. I hope to come back and recommend it to everyone ☺️

Highly recommend if you want a quiet place with a view in a perfect location. Ms. Asli is an excellent host and sent every important detail about the house as a video. The interior of the house is beautifully designed. It's incredibly enjoyable to sit by the fireplace against the view. Thank you so much Ms. Asli. It was a very nice experience. The friendly neighbor Adem welcomed us. The house was beautifully restored and decorated, it was a clean living house that was not established for commercial purposes. We prepared our meals at home in the morning and evening, the kitchen and the house had everything we needed. The night lights detail was very nice. The patio with a fireplace, every corner of the garden was pleasant. Ms. Gözde's communication was very friendly, we really felt at home. On the way back, my daughter cried, saying, "Let's go to the holiday home." I hope we can go again someday. I would recommend it to everyone.

There was no problem except for the smell of dampness at the entrance of the house. The location of the house and the house were good. I'd like to stay in this house when I come back to Izmir.

Atilla’s communication is 5 stars - everything was super easy and he was very responsive at all times and arranged everything to be as easy as possible. The place is beautiful and has good amenities, market and coffee shops close by. You can reach the metro in 10 minute walk (although don’t follow Google maps directions!) highly recommended and will definitely stay in Atilla’s place again. Thanks so much! ☺️

We spent 5 days in Izmir Konak. Our stay at the apartment was very nice, we were very satisfied. Everything as described in the advertisement, expectations as in the photos, it was all perfect. The hosts Ms. Tülin and Ms. Hazal were very nice, friendly, helpful. The apartment was very well maintained, clean, there was everything you need from A-Z. The location is right in the center of Izmir-Alsancak, you can get everywhere on foot. Thanks again for everything.

Very nice apartment, super well decorated. Matches the description, comfortable bedding, air conditioning in every room, well-equipped. Beautiful sea view. Responsive and very friendly host. Namely, accommodation located in a neighborhood where the streets are narrow and very steep. We would recommend this listing.

Cute flat. Travelled alone and walked to many restaurants during my stay. Everything is ally your doorstep. Engin is a great communicator. I would say again, hesitation.

Mr. Ramazan moved our check-in time to an earlier time due to our special situation. It was a house where we stayed very comfortably with the baby. Great neighborhood, quiet, there were markets nearby. All tools and cleaning products in the kitchen and bathroom were of high quality and abundantly available. The site is quiet, the parking lot is spacious, we had no trouble finding a place. We got a quick response to all our questions. Only the dishwasher was broken during our stay, which is normal.

Very nice, spacious, well decorated apartment; walkable to everything; tons of restaurants nearby. Nice promenade to stroll in the beautiful summer evenings. Taxi stand across the street. Very helpful host, quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

It was a really great stay experience! Our host was extremely kind and respectful. The apartment was spotless, everything was ready and complete. The view was incredibly beautiful and the apartment itself was very stylish and impressive. We only stayed for one day, but we liked this short time and enjoyed it. I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV and basic necessities made the stay even more pleasant. The value for money was excellent. I can highly recommend Özerk's apartment and will definitely stay here again on a next visit.

The house has a great location. Close to the subway and grocery stores. It's also calm and comfortable as a neighborhood. There are enough amenities in the house as well.
