Our house is a newly restored original stone building in the center of Foça, close to everything. It is the house where I was born. There is a large hall at the entrance and 2 bedrooms with sea view on the upper floor, kitchen and bathroom with toilet. All materials used consist of first class wood and stones. All electronic equipment and central system are air-conditioned and each room has a separate appliance. There is a well-efficient air-conditioning system for heating and cooling. Hot water is available continuously with an electric water heater.

You will experience historical ruins, the sea, the forest and nature all together. The calmness and silence you will encounter in our house will perhaps be the most peaceful moments of your holiday.

A 200 years old, two floor house. There is a stone wall living room downstairs. 2 double bedroom and one single bedroom is situated on the second floor along with bathroom and a hall way. The house is looking to the famous Şirince village from like a tophill and yet all the amenities of the village is in short walk distance. U r entering the house through a garden. U can as well enjoy the serenity of our garden and benefit our mostly home made beverages that we serve at our cafe

Marjo' s house

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The detached house is located in a quiet area of the village without noise where it is easily accessible and quite close to the ring road. The village of Panagiouda has everything one needs. Gas stations, mini markets, butcher shops, bakeries, tavernas, cafes, pizzerias, souvlaki shops make it a unique village that has nothing to envy. The city of Mytilene is just 6 km away.
