Each room is air-conditioned. The pool is completely for your private use It is 6 km from the center of Foça and is surrounded by nature. We offer boutique hotel comfort with 4 sun loungers, a large pavilion, swing and seating area in the outdoor area. It is five minutes from Foça. The stone house consists of two independent apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, in a wonderful garden with a pool reserved for your exclusive use. We recommend the upstairs apartment with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two balconies, a living room and an open kitchen. We live in a separate apartment on the ground. We solve every problem you communicate instantly and maintain the garden and pool. Please; we see that our previous guests have read their reviews and are very happy with the situation.

It offers a pleasant holiday in a 540 m2 detached garden. It is 6.5 km from the center of Eskifoça. It has its own vehicle garage. There are 3 bathrooms. One of them is a large common double sink, the other two are private bathrooms belonging to the rooms. There are 4 air conditioners in our villa.
