What a find! From the first contact Carina replied promptly in a very friendly manner. Nothing was too much trouble. I really appreciated Carina's flexibility regarding arrival and check out times. Carina's very helpful local agent, Wim was there to meet us at our very late arrival. The villa is spectacular, the photos really don't do the place justice. There was wine, water and soft drinks, in the fridge, to welcome us. The waterfront location is faultless with some very good local restaurants within walking distance. Marbella is an easy drive away. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting a beautiful location in or around Marbella. Everything was perfect from the comfy beds to the various places to sit and relax in the lovely garden. I am planning to return already!

Vi spenderade en vecka i detta fantastiska boende med familjen. Gångavstånd till stan med härliga restauranger. Nära till havet och stranden vilket gör att detta är ett perfekt boende.

We would like to thank Vladimir for his hospitality. We could always reach him and ask for a help. There were no issues at all! He helped us to arrange everything: from bottled water delivery to everyday cleaning. He even bought a baby cot bed, as we were staying there with our 6-month-old son. The villa is amazing! Great location, private swimming pool, and even a car park. We would love to come back!

Great villa in a wonderful area close to beaches, restaurants and many other great facilities. Fantastic garden and pool areas and the villa was cozy and comfortable. We felt very at home and are returning again next year.

Lush and tranquil next to one of the most beautiful towns in the world. Gardens are lovely and facilities are impeccable. Communication from the hosts is perfect.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem schönen und ruhig gelegenen Airbnb. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb von Marbella nahe an der Autobahn. Uns hat die Geräuschkulisse allerdings nicht gestört. Der Strand ist in etwa 15 Gehminuten erreichbar und bietet zahlreiche gute Liegemöglichkeiten, die zu fairen Preisen gemietet werden können.Die Wohnung selbst ist hervorragend ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen – ideal, wenn man gerne selbst kocht. Der kleine Balkon war für uns ein echtes Highlight: perfekt für ein gemütliches Frühstück oder einen entspannten Abend bei Sonnenuntergang. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Restaurants, die man bequem über den Strand zu Fuß erreicht. Ein Aldi ist ebenfalls in der Nähe, hatte jedoch nur von Montag bis Mittwoch geöffnet. Ein Auto ist definitiv von Vorteil, da man so unabhängig vom Busverkehr ist und flexibel einkaufen oder die Umgebung erkunden kann. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes, zu empfehlendes Airbnb.

Jessica was lovely. House was lovely. Great views. Very remote and you cannot get taxis at all so you have to be prepared to drive up and down a mountain to get anywhere.

A perfect place for a timeout, a retreat, or any other quiet activities. The garden is so beautiful there that u could literally stay for months. If you look for a place for partying then that’s definitely the wrong place. But holidays with your partner and or family is perfect. The house is beautiful and you have everything what you need. Kitchen is top equipped and the shower has hot water and it comes out with strong pressure which i really enjoyed. The beds are comfortable and the nights are very quiet. The couple who runs the place are super super nice and friendly. They really made sure i gonna have everything i needed. I couldn’t say anything negative about this place. From all the Airbnb experiences i had this is by far the best and most outstanding one. Thank you very much for hosting me! He pasado tres meses en casa de Alma, desde Enero hasta Abril, y sólo puedo decir que la experiencia ha sido estupenda. Si te gustan los perros y buscas un lugar acogedor apartado de la ciudad pero suficientemente cerca de un pueblo como para ir a comprar lo que necesites (Coín está a unos 5km de la casa, yo iba en bici en 15-20 minutos), esta casa es una opción ideal. En mi caso, necesitaba un lugar tranquilo en el que hacer un retiro de tai chi y la verdad es que ha sido todo perfecto. Alma y Walter se mostraron siempre dispuestos a ayudar con lo que sea, hasta nos dejaron el coche para ir al supermercado a hacer compras grandes. En definitiva, sitio muy recomendable.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einer sehr schönen großen Terrasse und einem großen Wohn-Esszimmer. Die zwei Bäder und die zwei Schlafzimmer waren ebenfalls geräumig. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Die Anlage ist ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und verfügt über mehrere bewachte Pools, was besonders für Familien mit kleinen Kindern gut ist. Die Anlage liegt auf einem Hügel. Der Weg zum Strand und Hafen ist teilweise steil und man benötigt bergab ca 15 Minuten -zurück etwas länger. Wir kannten die Gegend schon und waren darauf vorbereitet und haben bis auf große Einkäufe alles zu Fuß erledigt. Wer nicht laufen möchte, kann das Auto nehmen. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Brilliant, host Paul was really nice.. checked us in and showed us around and then left us to enjoy the great villa, but was always reachable on the phone for any questions we had. First the location is really good, Elveria is a nice little place and only 3 mins away, loads to do and plenty of little bars, restaurants and nice tapas places, good for all ages. The villa is on a very nice estate and well known in Marbella. It’s only roughly 12 mins away from Marbella centre and only 13 euro in a taxi, very easy accessible. The villa looks good on the pictures and we wasn’t sure what to expect when we arrived, but we was amazed and so happy when we arrived and saw it, it’s got private parking space if needed, we had a hire car so came in handy. Villa was very very clean as I believe Paul’s wife owns a cleaning business, so as you can expect it was faultless.. has 3 big bedrooms and on suite, air conditioning and everything we needed. Paul saw I had a computer on arrival and brought me a desk for it the next day, which was nice. The outside has the sun all day coming across it, from morning till 8pm at night, has bbq , your own bar with swing chairs, sun loungers, and the pool is massive and very well looked after and clean. This place is great value for money, it’s a very good villa and ticks all of the boxes, without paying super villa prices. Will definitely be returning next year, thanks Paul , from Tom and Julia

very friendly from start to finish, Jemma showed us around the house explaining where everything was. Lovely house, nice and clean with all amenities. She even came up when we were leaving to say bye and wish us a safe trip home. We would highly recommend and will be back.
