Incredible home with stunning views! Short walk to Areopoli. Loved the spacious, relaxing terraces. We didn't want to leave. Excellent base for exploring Mani and beyond.

Nikos and his lovely wife Dimitra were the perfect hosts They welcome us with some local wine and cheese, and some fresh bread and pastries All our requests were met immediate response The house was seamlessly clean and the beds were cozy and comfortable It close to Areopoly , Dyros cave and Limeny and well recommended for exploring this part of Mani. A comfortable house with a lot of utilities to facilitate a longer stay. Located in a forest area, it is suitable for people looking for solitude. Navigating via GPS coordinates is the way to find it. The bonus is that the best Leonidio restaurant, Myrtoon, is nearby. The host is positive and very responsive.

Don't normally leave reviews but this villa & the owner Niko certainly warrant one! Our first stay in Stoupa & didn't disappoint, great location, 5min walk to supermarkets, 10min walk to Stoupa/Kalogria beach & restaurants. Niko greeted us on arrival, taking time to show us where everything was. The finish is excellent with such attention to detail, better than the photos. Fully equipped modern kitchen, amazing coffee machine and milk frother that Niko kept topped up with beans! Aircon throughout, automatic shutters at every window, outdoor security lighting around the villa, beautiful pool area with super comfy bean bags & loungers, bbq area with sink & outdoor dining & great view of the mountains. Bedrooms/bathroom lovely, walk-in showers. Lots of wardrobe/drawer storage, loads of towels inc beach/pool ones & plenty of hangers!! Felt so relaxed & at home & Niko was always on hand to check we were happy. One of the best holidays we have had, what a find, we will be back!

What an incredible oasis! We stayed at Fenia’s with our family for a few days before we got married at Petra & Fos Boutique Hotel & Spa a couple minutes’ walk away. It was idyllic! We loved our little hideaway. Fenia and the local host Dimitra were lovely and very helpful. The house is spotless and the location spectacular. Dimitra was always there to help and provided us with some local treats on arrival “. It is useful to know that you need to tell the hosts in advance if you need linens on the sofa bed on the mezzanine as they aren’t readily available. A strange smell at some points during the stay and some electrical issues but honestly neither detracted from the stay. The pool is beyond perfect and we would love to come back again!! In fact, if we could buy our own exactly the same, we would :-)

The place was as described and Regula was a great host. The area surrounding the house is magical, with great views of the sea and only a 5 minute walk from a beautiful pebbled beach. The house itself was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We had a great time and a peaceful holiday. I definitely recommend this gem. 😊

Andreas was an amazing host and always communicative. The Orange Garden Villa is gorgeous, private, and close enough to Sparti to still feel like there's a lot to do. Andreas also sent us a list of local recommendations beforehand. Would highly recommend staying here and we would stay here again!

The house is even more magical than the photos…the beautifully designed spaces, the views of the mountains and the sea, and many beautiful pieces throughout the house make it so special. Anne and Amos were there to greet us and show us the house along with giving us tips on the many beautiful beaches as well the restaurants to try in the area. The house is nestled on the side of the hill with terraces to eat, lounge, and take in the view. There are even two comfortable hammocks as well as a swing in the surrounding oak trees. We were there during a heatwave and the AC of the house was very comfortable. Outside there were great breezes and even when hot, it was surprisingly nice. Thank you so much Anne and Amos. We’d love to come back!

SPECTACULAR!!! This is an unforgettable home with a spectacular view. We did not expect such a grand vista---essentially a 360 view of the sea which is stunning. The pictures do not do this villa justice. The villa is situated on a cliff alongside olive groves. You have no one around you and you have an unobstructed view of the sea. Oh yeah, there's a beach cove that is only accessible from the property! We only saw one family using it other than us while we were there so it was basically a private beach...We never left the property! The kids loved it and the beach is secured by a cove so we did not have to worry about the waves. This is a HUGE villa and can accommodate up to 8. There is plenty of hot water with a strong stream of water (which is unusual in Greece). I cannot rate this property highly enough. It is simply spectacular. The host Stefanos is readily available for any requests and is amazing. We also used the private tennis court to up our game. UNBELIEVABLE DEAL!!!

The place was fantastic and great for my family of four. Very walkable to the beach and restaurants and has parking for a car or two.

Taha made sure we get the most out of our stay. I was a bit skeptical when I saw only 4 reviews with an average of 5.0 but it's completely justified, as everything is just perfect with the house, the location and the hospitality of Taha.

Absolutely beautiful villa! Both the owner and manager were wonderful and friendly! The villa had an amazing view, was pristine and perfectly located for a relaxing vacation but within driving distance of some great attractions. The few times we had questions they were answered promptly and politely! The kitchen was well stocked with enough food to provide us with meals when we first arrived after a long day of travel from the US. The owner and manager were both very attentive! We highly recommend this location and if we travel to Greece again will definitely stay there! We also really enjoyed the region due to it being very welcoming to tourists but not what I would call a real touristy destination. In other words just perfect. Enough restaurants and shops to get what you need but no high end retail stores or tacky souvenir shops. If I had to guess this is what travel probably looked like years ago. We couldn’t have asked for anything better, it’s exactly what we were looking for.

We had a wonderful stay here as a family of four. Our children spent most of the week in the pool! The views were absolutely stunning and the villa was clean and well equipped. Aircon was much appreciated too. Gail was an attentive host, quickly responding to messages I sent her and happy to answer any questions we had. We were very sad to have to leave at the end of the week!

The location is extraordinary - with a magnificent view over the sea and the surrounding hills. There is nothing around except a few cows, wild goats and some derelict stone stables. The house is about 15min drive from the nearest village (Potamos) throught a steep dirt/rocky road. Absolutely fine with a small SUV or regular car even if a few tricky bends on the way up when car is heavy loaded. Going up and down twice a day for shopping/beach outing is something to think about however. The house is well equipped and we had no issues at all with the solar power. The rooms are great, on different levels, each with their own terrace and feel very private. The plunge pool is lovely. The house gets sun from all sides through the day and it can get very hot - Stefano was kind to provide extra fans for us. 2 accesses to the sea from the house via a 20/30 min steep walk, - rocks, no sand. not for small kids but several A-mazing beaches on Kithira. Remote, beautiful, calm, super night skies.

We had a very comfortable stay at Eleni’s place. The place is clean and comfortable. The Pool is great. Eleni was extremely helpful and the communication with her was very good all the way from the booking , during the stay and to the check out. We would definitely like to stay there again. This is a hidden gem! The location is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and the sea. The house was impeccable, and the personal check-in by KiKi was welcomed, as was the marmalade made out of the property’s citrus trees and refreshing wine. The private parking was safe and convenient; the pools lovely to sit by ( a bit too chilly yet for our preferences). Best of all was the night time serenade of the golden jackals, so much like our Colorado coyotes. Our only regret? That we didn’t stay longer! Highly recommend this home.

Beautiful house with spectacular views and a gorgeous pool which gradually warmed up as the week went on (April). Road to the house not too bad as long as you drive very slowly and you do get used to it. Village is walking distance (half an hour ) with small supermarket and restaurants. Beds very comfortable and kitchen well equipped as we didn’t go out at night. Tom was very helpful by being at the house when we arrived and very communicative when needed. We would come again this is a really gorgeous unspoilt part of Greece.

Called Sunset Mani for a reason. Beautiful sunset from terrace / pool. Photos on site do not really do it justice. Had to actually drag ourselves out some days as so nice and easy to stay by the pool, looking out to see and across the bay. Great restaurants in Agios Nikolaos (Elli’s at far end particularly) around 5-10 mins drive, plus supermarket there. Also, taverna marked as Voulimeneas cafe on Google is good (another great sunset view) - sure the sign on road said “Roses”. Stoupa - great beach and good restaurants. Thoughts Agios better at night though…. Visited Sparta and then the shipwreck on eastern coast of Mani. A nice drive…..

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Anna's place! The house is truly beautiful, and we were in awe of the amazing pool and garden. We appreciated how well-equipped the house was, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The area surrounding the property is simply breathtaking. We were treated to wild, panoramic views of mountains and sea from every angle. To top it off, a pristine beach is just a short 7-minute walk down the hill from the home - perfect for daily beach trips! One small note: while most of the house has air conditioning, we discovered that one downstairs room relies on the AC from the living room and a fan for cooling. This setup worked well enough for us, even in August, but future guests might appreciate knowing this detail in advance. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we'd highly recommend this lovely property to others!

Not our first stay and not our last, we absolutely enjoy the calmness and nature of the place. The houses are well-separated and private. You can enjoy the sunshine, the pool, and the green ecosystem. It is very suitable for children and adults. Shout out to Ms. Voula, the welcoming face we look forward to seeing again soon! Definitely coming back again.
