Vacation rentals with breakfast in Mani Peninsula

We had the most wonderful stay at Stathia and Paul’s. Communication was extremely efficient and Stathia’s warm welcome made us feel immediately at home. She is a very kind, caring, discreet and accommodating host whose house certainly reflects her generosity and life ethics. It is spacious, well-equipped with a minimalist and yet comfortable interior with large windows and balcony overlooking a valley of olive groves where a gentle breeze often flows in the afternoon towards the sea in the distance. It always felt cool even on a hot day. Its location is perfect, a walk away from a village with a small shop, cafés/ taverna and lovely coves and a short drive from Koroni. We love this part of Messinia and have visited twice before but never have we felt both so rested and energised after our two-week stay at Stathia and Paul’s; magical!

Such a wonderful apartment! We will definitely come back next time we are in Kalamata. Leonidas and his wife are such lovely people. They gave us traditional sweets and gave us local recommendations which were super nice. Always responsive to our questions. The apartment itself was clean and just like the photos. We felt right at home. Thank you again to Leonidas and his wife for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend them and their apartment.

Kostas is very kind and communicative, willing to help us with anything we asked for. The house is very clean ,functional and the kids were excited about the spaces and the yard. Petros’ place was very clean, centrally located and was a lovely place to stay! Felt very safe and had every amenity that we needed.

We loved Nikos' place! It's even nicer than in the photos. The surroundings are beautiful. The village is peaceful, with an amazing restaurant (Koukounari) and a lovely cafe. People are super friendly. Several well-signed hiking routes start from the village - we enjoyed two that were suitable for primary aged kids. Nikos is a very responsive host and his mum left us a delicious homemade cake for breakfast. We highly recommend both Nikos' place and the area! Very nice house in amazing location. Nikos answered our questions right away and his mom left us a delicious homemade cake for breakfast. Tzinina is very beautiful - quiet, in nature - and the tavern Koukounari has amazing food. Various well-marked trails start from the village. We walked two that were also suitable for primary school children. We highly recommend both Nikos' house and the area. Tzinis is an ideal destination for a trip away from Athens or above.

We had a great stay at Evans apartment. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. I would book again. Evan was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. Highly recommended!

I booked on behalf of wind turbine technicians who had a brilliant stay. I cannot recommend Eleni and Harry's apartments enough! We stayed for a few months and it was the perfect home away from home - with great WiFi, good parking, fully equipped kitchen etc. Plus, the hosts helped with any request we had - and went out of their way to help us! This house was very easy to find with great free parking and easy to get in and out of the building with the keys. The house itself is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Very roomy and spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, 2 bath rooms, washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. Could easily sleep many many people. The balcony had a lovely view of the marina and many restaurants to choose from in the area, one even right downstairs. This is a gem, and anyone who stays here is lucky to do so. We didn’t want to leave.

We stayed at Anastasia’s place as a family of five and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. Anastasia was a fantastic host: warm, welcoming, and very responsive. She provided clear instructions for all the house amenities, which made everything easy and stress-free. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

We stayed at this lovely apartment for 2 nights with our small dog. The host was very helpful and communicative, and the apartment was great- bed and pillows were comfortable, had a relatively large refrigerator and freezer , a washing machine. The apartment was quiet which was much appreciated. There was paid parking on the street outside , we were told to go to the bakery to get a parking card , it was .50 an hour but overnight was free and some hours in the day were free. There was also a relatively large parking lot across the street. Lots of stores and shops are very close by , as well as excellent restaurants. 10 minutes walk to historical area. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

I highly recommend staying at Angela’s place, Sto Spiti B&B!! The setting is beautiful, so peaceful and quiet with many terraces for enjoying the view. The room was pristine, everything clean and fresh, with lovely decor and all amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and Angela and her husband were very kind and friendly, I wouldn’t think twice about returning in the future!

very convenient location in the center of the island that is convenient to turn the beaches on all sides. as far as the house is concerned it is like the photos, clean tidy and thoughtful. cool (we hardly used at all ac). for the hosts what to say. Elina awesome man helped us a lot and there in everything we needed. also the house had breakfast which was very convenient. i recommend the accommodation
