The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

We are 10 min from Lititz, 10 min from downtown Lancaster, 10 min from Spooky Nook, 20 min from Tanger Outlets, 20 min from American Music Theatre, and 20 min from Sight & Sound. We are next to a horse farm where you can relax before sight-seeing. There is a separate entrance to this private 800 square foot lower level suite, so come and go as you want. My home is bright and sunny and peaceful with a vaulted ceiling and back patio. Great for families, with a well articulated kitchen Laminate floors throughout; pets are welcome, as long as they are trained. Please note that I am aware of a few minor wear and tear issues - don’t choose my home if you can’t deal with normal home issues like having a beige carpet with signs of wear limited to only the stairs and piano room.
