The studio entails a comfortable queen bed, a 3 seater sofa bed, wardrobe. Kitchen comprises of a table & chairs, electric frypan, hotplate, microwave, toaster, fridge, tea coffee etc. Bathroom has shower, toilet and vanity. The apartment opens to a lovely deck with a BBQ, it's sunny and private. Great beaches, walks, parks, great fishing.

Welcome to Ahipara (The beginning of ninety-mile beach) Near new home. To kick start your holiday, enjoy breakfast, including fresh free-range eggs and a range of condiments. The home is just a short walk or bike ride away from the beach- cafe and fishin chip shop. (Bikes are provided and are at the house) With all the luxuries of home including a 55-inch smart TV. Sleep well in the comfy King size bed. Alternately there are two King singles. Free parking on site and room for boats.

Cove cottage is located in the glorious grounds of Sanctuary in the Cove. The fully furnished self-contained cottage has front lawns meeting the sandy beach, in your own private cove. A north facing veranda with BBQ, ensures all day sun. You can enjoy an evening glass as the sun sets and listen to the ever present birdsong. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.

Located in Ahipara, a small coastal town 15mins drive from Kaitaia. You’ll find us in a quiet, safe residential subdivision a 5min walk to the local cafe, fish n chips & dairy! A short 2 minute drive or 15min walk to the beach!

Waterfront historic Bakery cottage

Located on the shores of the tranquil Mangonui harbour with Doubtless Bay beaches very close by. She (the cottage) is cute and eclectic with spaces to sit, relax and enjoy the view and location. Its a short walk to Mangonui village shops and cafes. The covered courtyard at the rear of the property is private, furnished and with a Weber BBQ to enjoy outdoor dining.

Oliveto Italiano, meaning Italian House of Olives. Our Italian inspired stand alone studio is nestled among the olive trees in a totally private and quiet setting. Perfect for couples. Magnificent ever changing panoramic views over the olive trees to the inner Mangonui Harbour and surrounding hills.
