It was a wonderful stay,we enjoyed a lot, clean house,organized, quiet place,as described. Ideal for enjoying as a family.

The house is large. All splits work very well. The hostess is helpful and answers everything. Very easy check in and check out. The condominium where the house is located is very cool, with excellent infrastructure and safe. The house has a very beautiful view. I recommend it to everyone who wants peace, infrastructure and security! Congratulations

The house is just wonderful! Very spacious and comfortable. It offers everything you need to prepare meals and barbecue. The pool is delicious and the sauna with whirlpool is a separate attraction. The air conditioning of the house and the sound system also deserve a maximum score. We found everything very clean and fragrant. It was a pleasant surprise to find a house of this level. I was delighted with such good taste and care for guests. Marcos is a great host and served us promptly. We will definitely be back. Everything is perfect!

The House is perfect!! Aconchegante, clean, smelling bedding, flawless towels. A wonderful swimming pool!!!! Great family condominium with a wonderful club. We were very welcome by Mr. Very friendly and nice Adil. Always ready to respond to us. We love the place, we'll come back more often.

It was all perfect! The house has 3 very comfortable en-suites, a living room with a huge sofa and an equally large TV, a kitchen that has all the necessary utensils and an island that allows you to cook and have super nice moments with friends who can stay and interact there, and finally, no less important (on the contrary!!!), the house has a wonderful gourmet area! It has a huge table that allows us to have all our meals with the beautiful view of the pool and gardens, in addition to enjoying amazing pool and barbecue days! In addition, the house is located in a super nice, quiet condominium with beautiful houses and amenities such as a restaurant, market, bakery and private beach just a few steps from the house. The hosts are very caring and attentive and gave us all the tips about the place! I highly recommend it!

Wonderful house, excellent condominium, impeccable air-conditioning!! for us, who went with children and the elderly. It was wonderful, first because the house is large and all on the ground floor, and second almost next to the square and the animals!! Super recommended!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is exactly as shown in the photos — clean, well decorated and super cozy. Everything was very well organized, with high quality kitchen utensils, bedding and towels. The location is also excellent, in a quiet and easily accessible neighborhood. The host was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to answer questions. We would definitely come back and recommend it without hesitation!

The house is perfect with all the necessary utensils. The stay was perfect, everything as advertised. Everything in the house worked perfectly. Clariana welcomed us and was totally attentive to everything we needed. The only bad point was regarding the condominium. For those who want to have any kind of get-together, be it family or friends, I do not recommend it, even in a quiet environment I do not recommend it, the condominium has many unnecessary rules.

Wonderful resort, plenty to do with the family. Flawless apt, it looked like it was in a hotel, clean, bedding, towels sniffing cleaning! New furniture and utensils, cozy beds, all wonderful! I'll definitely come back more often! Mr. Jorge responded very quickly and did not help us with everything that was needed! I loved the apartment and the resort ♥️

Luzia's apartment is very well cared for, clean and organized. It is rare for us to find an apartment so close to the beach and with no smell of dampness, we love it. The location is great, close to the club that has a swimming pool and playground and very close to the condominium has the city with markets and other shops. Luzia was super attentive and responded quickly and kindly to all our questions. I recommend it too much!

It was all great, even with the problem of lack of water in the region, the hostess gave all the support with the water supply. Cozy house and everything clean.

Clean and organized space, the photos correspond exactly to the place, close to where you board for various tours in the region ( islands , waterfalls… ) Hosts are very kind and considerate.

We were in the chalet of Marta (Manacá da serra site) for the second time, first in winter and now in summer. We spent a wonderful week in the cozy chalet overlooking a beautiful and open valley, with bright but fresh sunny days and starry nights, a paradise. The chalet has improved since 2018, now has Wi-fi, which makes it easy for those who need to work or navigate (we use location apps well), as there is no cellular signal in the region. The kitchen is very small but very well-equipped, essential for those who will stay there a few days, isolated from restaurants and shops. Impeccable cleaning, comfortable linen and towels, furnishings in perfect condition. Great bathroom, very useful laundry area. The shower outside was perfect for a postwalk shower. The exchange of information and tips with Marta was excellent, it greatly facilitated the planning of what to take and rides in the park and surroundings. As we return, we recommend the cottage for couples and adventurers.

A quiet and quiet place, exactly what we were looking for. Very well located the house, close to beautiful beaches and the river Ariró which passes by the side of the house and has points to bathe nearby. Regina was very attentive, gave us several tips and even a mime that we keep with great affection!

We were very well received by the family and we especially thank Malu, Gustavo and Ney for all the support and attention during the stay. The house is simple, clean and well ventilated. The outdoor area is the highlight: it has a gourmet space with a pizza oven, barbecue, hammocks to rest and a beautiful view. Not to mention the waterfall and the trails within the property itself. An important notice: access really requires a 4x4 vehicle — the listing doesn't exaggerate. Thank you very much Malu, we hope to return!

Luiz and Regina’s house is utterly charming, and the setting couldn’t be more beautiful – nestled in a cozy valley blanketed by deep green Atlantic rainforest. The bedrooms are comfortable, the common spaces are inviting, and the kitchen was extremely well-equipped. This to say nothing of the gorgeous surrounding land, which we were dazzled to explore, and the river at the foot of the property, which we couldn’t resist swimming in at least once a day. Regina and Luiz are superb hosts, answering questions at the drop of a hat – how do we turn on the deck lights? can we borrow an onion? is there any way to bump up the internet speed? – and finding solutions (deck lights successfully activated, onion borrowed, internet improved for the duration of our visit). I can’t recommend the stay highly enough!

We traveled as a family and had a wonderful weekend. The place is beautiful, very well maintained, beautiful garden with lots of plants, and huge! Perfect recreational area. The bedrooms and the rest of the house were clean and tidy, with full kitchens. We were very well received from start to finish by the caretakers Leonardo and Lucilene, helpful, always willing to help us. We had only a small problem with one of the showers that took a long time to heat up, solved by Leonardo. Waking up with the coffee table set and a delicious lunch made by Lucilene, who was very kind and helpful the whole time, was great! It's well worth hiring both! The location of the site is very good, asphalt to the door. The river literally passes in front, perfect for a beautiful walk and a dip. Suggestion for the owner: install bidets in the bathroom toilets. For those with pets, please note that there are 2 sweet dogs on the premises. We love the stay and recommend it!

It was a great weekend, beautiful and quiet place, the very attentive Host, highlighting the homeowner Neném, grade 1000 always helpful. The very good barbecue space, the site has several fruit trees and is quite wide, a ball show pool with the delicious water directly from the stream that passes by. Two negative points: 1 - It is the warmth at bedtime, even with the window open the fan does not flow, I went to sleep on the hammock myself on the balcony. 2 - It was the lack of power, but that is on account of the service provider. Overall note 9/10.
