Ar condicionado e ventilador de teto nos quartos, televisão a cabo na sala e cozinha americana completa com geladeira, fogão, microondas, cafeteira, sanduicheira e todos utensílios domésticos. OBS: Piscina do clube está em obra até dez/2025. Não disponibilizo roupa de cama e banho.
