Living room, kitchen, toilet and laundry room on the ground floor. 3 terraces, including 1 covered. An 8x4 m secured pool. Upstairs, your 11 m² bedroom with a queen-size bed and brand-new bedding, air conditioning, roller shutters (throughout the house), toilet and a spacious bathroom. Some rooms have been renovated, while others have not yet been (kitchen, bathroom), but they are very functional. The property is secure against squatting (camera on front door).
