We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.

The location was excellent, with a short distance to the zoo, grocery store and airport for us who had a rental car. In addition, the neighborhood was very nice, and with several playgrounds within walking distance. Can definitely be recommended!

Kristian’s home has everything you need when visiting Kristiansand. The location next to Bystranda is perfect and you can walk to any part of the city’s attractions from there. Moreover, having dedicated parking in the garage, makes the visit very convenient and effortless. There is an elevator taking you from the garage straight up to the entrance of the apartment. With a nice balcony you can enjoy early breakfasts and take in the fresh air from the sea. Highly recommend!

It is a practical cottage with a nice atmosphere. We felt right at home there. It was very nice that we could play in the garden and the sandpit, swing and slide provided a lot of fun with our daughter. From the cottage, you can take beautiful walks to the fortress and the harbor.

Got a tour and recommended us to visit the lake nearby. Had all details ready and received a very welcome. Calm and peaceful surrounding in the area. Very happy with the stay and highly recommended!!

We stayed for 4 nights in Renate's home in July 2024. Large and nice house with a fantastic location, and many opportunities for activating small and large. Highly recommended and will be happy to come again.
