Vacation rentals with breakfast in Manchester

We had an excellent stay at Henry House. The interior was cozy and well decorated - with so many extra touches. Our favorite activity was sitting on the lovely front porch, looking out at the spectacular landscaping and watching the world pass by on the quiet country road. We highly recommend this rental for a large party.

Great space! We were comfortable with a big group here, and loved being so close to the slopes. Hot tub seems new and is in great condition.

Lovely location for a private family getaway but less than 2 miles away from the restaurants and local amenities of Bolton Landing. We stayed at the farmhouse for 5 days, myself and 3 children. At the house we especially liked the spacious downstairs living area which gave us a lot of family time playing various board / card games in the evening and we also enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit. The deck was lovely place to start the day with a coffee as the sun came up. The farmhouse is 200 years old which gives a charming rustic feel but the kitchen and bathrooms are all modern and the place was nice and clean. Montana was a fabulous host and super responsive - the Bolton Landing area was affected by Hurricane Debbie with a power outage but Montana was really communicative and supportive for us. Really recommend this place!

Alex was a great host- very responsive, easy instructions, and polite when communicating. The house itself was in a great location. Less than 5 min from Simon Pearce and Skinny Pancake and only 10 min from Woodstock. There’s also Jake’s Quechee Market which is well stocked with food/beverages. It feels secluded but still nearby plenty of things to do. The house is modern and the robes/hot tub shoes are a great touch. The staircase is not as hard to navigate as some others have stated. Kitchen could do with some more silverware/cooking utensils (we had a big group of 8) but our cooking was minimal so it wasn’t a huge deal. We did not use the fireplace but Alex provided detailed instructions if we wanted to. Hot tub was a large size and able to fit everyone comfortably. We had a great stay at the Quechee Haus!

We had a wonderful week at Mathew and Greta's home. Perfect ski week. Beautiful views, light, and surroundings. The home was perfect for our group of 8 with two families sharing (one on the top floor and one on the bottom) gave each family privacy, a bathroom and space to get our stuff out of the common area. Fully stocked with anything that we needed. Thank you! I'd love to book again. :)

This was such a welcome escape from city life! Property so peaceful and beautiful. View from the back yard is gorgeous - I love the fall colors, hilltops, sky and clouds! House was perfect in always for my husband, our Labrador and myself - cozy and warm. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. Jon was very good with communication and suggests for outings at near by areas. Loved cruising the streets of Woodstock and Quechee. Fabulous walk at the Quechee Gorge. Loved the Woodstock Farmers Market - dangerously delicious treats of all kinds! Everything was easy to get to. People were kind when we were out in the community. It will be on our list to revisit! This place was truly me & my husband’s ultimate favorite place to have a peaceful vacation thus far. We loved how spacious and together everything felt, from having so many windows and the theming through the whole house was truly unique and thoughtful. Sure there is a camera looking dead at you while in the hot tub, but most likely it’s because there’s an entrance right there. Outdoors is nature central: river close by, all types of birds chirping and surrounded by trees. Kitchen was equipped with seasonings & stocked with pots and utensils. Host was super helpful & responsive for sure. Overall: 10/10! Don’t hesitate to book! Really wonderful stay!!

Joan’s house is beautiful and cozy, looks exactly like the pictures if not better. We are very happy for our stay here. Location of the house is great for our ski trip to Stratton, only 30 mins easy drive and it is close to the Manchester town. We didn’t have the opportunity to explore the shops and restaurants in the town this time, so we will definitely be back for another stay. Joan is a fantastic host. She’s very responsive to our questions, even left breakfast (egg/bacon/English muffin/butter/half&half) for our stay, and she’s very accommodating by allowing us left our luggage for a little longer after checking out.

if you want to channel something between Paris, Saratoga, and New Orleans in VT. This is the place. Warm. Friendly. Full of Amy's artistic touch. Everything you need is provided. Bring your essentials and food. Lovely stay. Will be back.

We had another wonderful weekend at Barbara & Chad's suite. We've stayed there multiple times and love it for our family of four. The hosts are always responsive and so very helpful. We also love the nearby Berkshire East Mountain resort and nearby local towns. Looking forward to our next visit!

the place was very peaceful and private. was nice to look out the window and see the farm animals across the street. wade and jean were very friendly and accomodating. lots of things to do nearby. totally enjoyed myself. i would definitely return.

We had a lovely stay. Our expectations from the listing description matched our experience pretty well. Liz and family were super friendly and good hosts. Our dogs had fun playing together. We wish we'd checked on the sauna earlier because it was a quick fix to get it up and running but we didn't realize we'd need help from the hosts until it was too late. Kitchen is functional but nothing fancy so we're glad we cooked a simple meal.

Our stay here was perfect. Our host made it really easy for us to feel right at home, which we needed after a 3 hour drive. She was very communicative and even went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It was my second time staying there. I am looking forward to the 3rd.

Highly recommended. The thing I like most was it was spacious. We had four people and the place was perfect for us. I also liked the inside decor. Parking was great and easy as the host reserved a spot for us at the back of the house and it was easy access to the house. The host was very responsive and helpful. I reached out to him at first about how to locate the entrance and how to open the door and he responded immediately. As this is on the ground floor, you might hear walking noises from upstairs from time to time during daytime. It was all normal and quite fine to us.

We wanted a location close to stuff but that we could enjoy if we just wanted to stay in. This was perfect. The sounds of the running water was really nice. Sadly it rained so we never got to use the fire pit, but it was there and looked like it would have been nice.

Ray was helpful and attentive to our needs. He gave us a very nice breakfast and even reminded us to take our chargers! If it hadn’t been raining so hard, we could have checked out the creek that goes by his property.

We loved our time at John and Sues. The area was absolutely stunning (but a little hard to find in the dark if you follow google maps instead of Sues directions) it was very cozy and picturesque and Queeny the goat was a favorite. We hope to go back someday and bring our kids with us.

Linda and Ted are very welcoming hosts and have a beautiful home. We had a great weekend and would definitively consider going back.

We loved our stay at Eileen's! Eileen and her husband and wonderful warm people. The home is beautiful, decorations lovely, and the aesthetic was great! The home has a lot of history which added to the stay! Eileen even cooked us a delicious breakfast, served on beautiful china. She gave us recommendations for things to do around Bellow Falls and hikes around the area which we really appreciated! Would definitely recommend staying here and we're planning to visit again ourselves!

We had a great stay here. Charles contacted us the day of saying that the bigger room was available and we could stay there, which was so kind. The room was so cozy and exactly as advertised. The instructions for parking and getting into the room were very helpful and clear. Charles met us as we arrived and had excellent recommendations for dinner. In the morning he had set out a breakfast of coffee, yogurt, granola, blueberries, and fresh pastries from a nearby bakery. We would definitely stay here again.

Catherine's home was just right for us, private setting in the country, a suite all to ourselves, use of the kitchen and beautiful garden and area to walk in. We could hear the peepers by the near-by pond once it got dark. Catherine and Todd were wonderful hosts and we enjoyed our conversations together. We learned about a park just down the road with a trail to the top of a small mountain that overlooks the near-by lake. We would love to stay again in the future.
