Jason was extremely helpful in our check-in and check-out process. The house is a little hard to find, especially at night. The pond itself wasn’t the best for water sport activities with lots of bugs, plant, and animal life, but great for fishing and walking around the area was super peaceful and private and nice! The house was wonderful!! The hot tub was great. So much space and extremely clean; it had everything we needed! Overall we had a great experience as Jason’s house!

I booked this as a suprise birthday trip for my husband and it SURELY didn't disappoint! Such a perfect little place! Angel was such a good host that we never even needed to message her! There were snacks on the counter when we got there. All the info I needed was messaged to me before checkin. Alexa commands on the TV. House rules and multiple things you can buy via QR code. The power went out due to a storm on our second day there, but it just added to the fun of the stay! A power outage wasn't a problem because there were candles, lighters, and multiple games to play. It was back on within a few hours. The lights and every other little detail really made this place perfect. Can't recommend enough!

This home was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and peaceful. We were here early March and weather was sunny. You can take in the views without the leaf foliage at this time. Pleasant place to stay. Trey was great with instructions and ease of checking in. Also checked in with us during our stay. Thanks

This is a beautiful cabin! The view is absolutely spectacular! We had 7 adults and 3 children that stayed here comfortably. My only complaint was the refrigerator was too small for that many people and all the food we need. The kitchen in general is pretty small. No disposal and no dishwasher weren’t ideal. That being said, the little kitchen is well stocked and the kitchen table was very large and sat us all at the same time. The location being 30 mins outside Chattanooga was perfect and an easy drive. And the pool area was a huge hit with the kids! This is a great spot and I do highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! Walked in to a clean and comfortable environment with an amazing view. Conveniently located to Cloudland Canyon and Lula Lake Land Trust. Plenty of space for my dog as well. Really enjoyed having a cup of coffee on the deck watching the fog. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Every detail to make anyone feel right at home had been taken care of! We were so impressed with this unique place to stay. My elderly mother had seen a t.v. show about a silo renovation and we are so glad that we found this gem so close by without trying to take her a long distance. The half-bath on the ground level was a big factor in our choice of where to take her. The place was immaculate and anything we needed was right where you would keep it in your own home. She especially enjoyed the porch swing/bed! The smell of fresh cut hay added to the country charm! We hope we get to stay again in the future and would recommend this place to anyone wanting a great place to relax and get away for a few days!

This place is amazing. It is quiet and very peaceful. The place looks a lot better in person. Very homey, very comfortable and everything you need and much more. Fresh yard eggs and waffles and cookies and brownies when we arrived. Mr Phil made us a nice fire for roasting marshmallows and s’mores. Mrs Wendy was so informative about Monterey and a very sweet lady. Next time we are in the area we will be sure to stay again.

What a beautiful place to call home for a few days! I never knew how peaceful cows and birds sounded at 5:30 am! (The neighboring cows mooing can be heard while you're drinking coffee on the balcony porch - taking in the beautiful sunrise, the gorgeous views, the morning fog rolling in, the nature of it all! None of the guests inside were woken by the animal noises, they slept soundly!) We felt safely tucked away up in the hills. We loved the fact that we were away from the hustle and bustle and people yet close enough to city life to make a Walmart run (15-20 minutes away. Who forgets sandals on vacation?!) The place was well stocked, from bath towels/linens to games/activities to kitchenware/utensils. Seriously, everything you could need was available. The home was clean, super comfy with trendy decor, huge kitchen space and a large dining table. Detailed and helpful check in/check out instructions were given, the owner was extremely quick to respond to any messages. 10 out of 10!!

A+!! The place was great. Close to the park and all the activities we wanted. We had planned our trip but we're able to add a few extra points of interest due to Rhiannons suggestions in her guide book. if you are looking for a place where the owner truly cares about your experience and goes the extra mile to make sure you get the most from your stay...This Is The Spot!!!

We loved our stay at The Tadpole! It was cozy and private. Fresh eggs were incredible! We will definitely be back when the main pond is stocked with fish... the creek bank was a little challenging for fishing. Patrick was very attentive to us during the stay, even reaching out when there was difficult weather.

We loved our stay! We were here for a wedding close by, and this was so much closer than the alternative hotels. More importantly, Cyndi stocked the place with everything we could have needed. We especially loved the goats and Sampson the dog. Our stay here made our trip relaxed and enjoyable.

The place was captivating and fascinating, I will definitely stay there again !

My best friend and I stayed here for just one night before going to a concert at the Caverns and really enjoyed it. There’s so much character and the location is very peaceful. We would stay here again whenever back in the area.

The whole experience was great! Right across from the caverns campground easy to get to the caverns and really nice to stay right beside them!

Our stay was great. Perfect little place on the lake. Had a little issue with the boat seat & trolling motor but Denise had someone come out our 1st morning & got us on the lake right away. Very pretty area with many cool hikes & waterfalls. Would stay again.

Susie's place was quiet, exceptionally well stocked and very comfortable. We were looking for a place that we would feel comfortable in...sitting outside reading a book or cooking a meal on the bbq. This was a very good choice. The walk to the was mostly shaded and the road was quiet, even on Labor Day weekend. The lake and the campground is clean with plenty of picnic tables. We were very pleased with Susie's cabin.

Awesome cabin and property! Very comfortable and perfect place to unplug and enjoy nature. We loved the front porch and bird watching. Very clean and charming. We had everything we needed and the host was very responsive and answered our questions promptly. Would stay here again!
