The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

Autonomous waterfront retreat

Come and unwind in this unique cabin located in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The 55m2 cabin comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen, and a bathroom. Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

You will stay in an atypical place, at the foot of the customs officers' trail, and enjoy a sea view. The Kabanon is located on our property, a few steps from the house. Ideal for families, the cottage can accommodate 4 people.   On the ground floor: fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, wood-burning stove. Upstairs: TV, bathroom (shower, sink, towel dryer, toilet).  Electric heating included Sleeping arrangements: one bedroom (one 140 X 190 bed and 1 pull-out bed for 2 people. Welcome to our charming 25 m² wooden studio "Le Petit Chalet de la Plage", carefully decorated. Ideally located just 300 meters from Portbail Beach, this independent accommodation offers a peaceful and intimate setting, perfect for a seaside getaway. Nestled on a private plot where our family home is also located (also offered for rent), this small house is carefully managed by a concierge in our absence.

It is an intimate one bedroom retreat with central suspended fireplace, modern underfloor heating and water heating from a modern air-air heat pump. The "cube and its terrace": a wood-framed studio A nice way to stay during business trips, spend a few days to rest, to discover the region or to make a stopover to other destinations. This studio located near the city center of Avranches, welcomes you in a quiet setting. In a space of 20 m2, the cube is equipped (kitchen, sleeping area and bathroom), functional and independent.

The Belleville Estate Bakery

In the past, bread was baked there. Recently renovated, this small outbuilding, dating back to the 15th century, is immersed in the countryside. Depending on the season, you can see Mont Saint Michel from the mezzanine bedroom. As neighbors, you'll only have horses. Located 2 km from Dragey Beach and 3 km from Genets, departure for crossings on foot to the Mont.
