The little house in the dunes

The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

"L'Abri Côtier" House

Come and unwind in this unique cabin located in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The 55m2 cabin comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/kitchen, and a bathroom. Constructed from durable and recycled materials, this refuge has been designed to accommodate you for a peaceful stay in a green setting. However, please be aware that the site is not connected to water and electricity networks, so you will need to be mindful of your energy consumption during your stay.

It is an intimate one bedroom retreat with central suspended fireplace, modern underfloor heating and water heating from a modern air-air heat pump. The Belleville Estate Bakery

In the past, bread was baked there. Recently renovated, this small outbuilding, dating back to the 15th century, is immersed in the countryside. Depending on the season, you can see Mont Saint Michel from the mezzanine bedroom. As neighbors, you'll only have horses. Located 2 km from Dragey Beach and 3 km from Genets, departure for crossings on foot to the Mont.

Cocooning gîte in the heart of the Carteret dunes

The cottage is located on the heights of Cap de Carteret where the environment is peaceful, in the heart of the protected natural site of the Hatainville dunes in a pedestrian and wooded hamlet that has tennis courts, multisport and petanque, all 10/15 minutes walk from the beach through the dunes.
