Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

The cottage is 200 meters from a bakery, the supermarket is within walking distance, the village, the harbor, the customs trail... the market is 200 m away. Cute little house in Norman countryside

The house which was recently renovated is ideally located in the heart of the Norman bocage. It is within a short car ride from Cherbourg and La Cité de la Mer, La Hague and all the sights and attractions in La Manche-Normandy. You will enjoy a truly french and Norman experience and Claude and Therese may even treat you with their homemade jam and apple cider. You have a private access to the house with your dedicated parking space.

The annex of the old presbytery

You will stay in the annexe of an old Priest's house, by the side of the church in a village between Bayeux and the Normandy War beaches, renovated by the owners, who are a French-English couple. You will probably cross their lovely dogs, Tokyo, a bearded collie Atlas and Arya, her babies born in august 2025, and their cat Sushi. Our accommodation is in the countryside, close to beaches and family-friendly activities. Hiking on the customs trail or on rural paths is available to you from our doorstep. Bikes can be made available to you. The accommodation is approximately 50 m2, and seems perfect for couples, with or without children and solo travelers. From May to October: "access to the wellness area." Paid option upon arrival.
