Great accomodations with plenty of room for our family over a wedding weekend. Everything was well appointed and Ward was an extremely helpful and responsive host! Highly recommend!

This home was beautiful! The listing was accurate and it was easy to find and had all the amenities you'd need. I wish that I had booked it for more than one night. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Renaud even had it decorated to celebrate my daughter's graduation which made all of us smile after a long day of travel. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in--and my home bed is pretty comfortable so that's hard to beat. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to find, which is great in an Airbnb. Free parking was very appreciated and easy to find right out front of the door. I will definitely stay in this location if I need a peaceful clean place just outside of the busy city of Philly.

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! What a great place to stay! Very comfortable for family with teenagers. Very walkable and lots of great restaurants nearby. It was very quiet considering how centrally located it is. The house was very well stocked and we appreciated all the treats they left for us. Richard was very flexible and accommodating. We had a car and parking was actually very easy. We found a spot nearby every time we parked. But really you don’t need a car- we walked almost everywhere. This was the best Airbnb we have stayed at yet!

Great cozy place to stay. Love the history and architecture of the home and neighborhood. Amalia was very friendly and extremely accommodating. When we realized the previous guests had consumed all the coffee, she immediately went to the store and bought some for us. If light from street lights bothers you at night consider wearing sleep masks.

Angela’s place was just as described, comfortable and loved the decor. Easy check-in was much appreciated. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Definitely recommend and will book again.

My group and I enjoyed Karena’s home. It was very clean and looked as described. There was more than enough space for a large group and plenty of toiletries and towels for everyone. She was responsive upon arrival and very helpful. Plenty of street parking. Would book again.

We had a great stay at Malyka's place. She called to greet me and see if I had any needs prior to our arrival, the night before. She was responsive and very friendly. The apartment was comfortable, especially the beds. The shower had great flow and was wonderfully hot. Having the washer and dryer was a huge help. Please note though, there is a lack of electrical sockets in the living room for charging your phone or other electronics. We improvised and charged in the bedroom or bathroom. The neighborhood is walkable/bikeable with parks and playgrounds very close by. There is an abundance of options for food in the area as well. Give 'Tasties' a try for really great soul food. We would happily stay here again if in the Philly area.

Such a clean and comfortable place. The location is perfect walking distance to many historic sites. We supported many local neighborhood businesses and restaurants. Safe beautiful neighborhood.

Our stay at Laulah’s was very warm and welcoming. It was easy entering and exiting the Airbnb. Very clean and inviting. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Philly. Lailah was easy to get in contact with and she always answered my questions in a timely manner. Thanks Lailah for being such a warm host. She even left us water in the fridge and can foods in the cabinet. We didn’t use the kitchen but everything you needed was there.👌🏾👏🏽💕

This was the cutest and most convenient place we could have stayed for our trip! The aesthetic was relaxing and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in while traveling!! We came into the city for a music festival and were pleasantly surprised and impressed with how much there is to do in a walkable distance. I would definitely recommend visiting the Museum on a Friday evening for their discounted event which included live music & drinks ! Perfect date night. If you have pups there are so many beautiful areas to talk them for walks. We will definitely be back in the future as there was truly not enough time to enjoy all the area had to offer. Thank you!!!

I was pleasantly pleased with this first experience with AirBandB. The place was nice,neat and clean. The host was welcoming, informative and accommodating. I really enjoyed the stay and would stay again in future.

We had such a lovely stay at Jeanette’s place while attending my 20-year reunion at Swarthmore College. The place was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked, the bed was super-comfortable, the location was perfect (a nice 25-minute-ish walk to campus), and Jeanette was wonderfully communicative and accommodating throughout. Highly recommend!

We loved staying here. it is close to everything in Philly, and is a clean, cute and peaceful place to stay. this place was the perfect size for me and my boyfriend. David responded quickly to every text and even helped us with parking. I would definitely come back again the next time I'm in Philadelphia.

So the townhome was AWESOME! looks just like its described. We only had an issue with the door because being from the south we’re not used to keypads like that. So you’ll put the code in and then the knob lol! Glad the neighbor helped us out. Andrea was very helpful and fast with responses.

Meng's condo is in a perfect location if you're looking to get around the city easily. Despite being in a high traffic area, we had no issues finding parking and getting around. The condo was spacious and fit all our needs for a weekend stay for a family wedding.

The space was beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with natural light—every corner felt luxurious and thoughtfully curated. The breathtaking views of Philadelphia were truly unforgettable, especially at sunrise and sunset. What made the experience even more special was the host—so extremely accommodating, kind, and truly a joy to work with. From the moment we booked, communication was smooth and welcoming. It felt like staying with a friend who genuinely cares about your comfort and experience. I highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a high-end, memorable stay in Philadelphia. Jason's place was the perfect spot for our recent visit to Philly. He had very clear instructions for entering the apartment (possibly some of the clearest I've ever encountered). The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked. We ended up accidentally snapping the key off in the gate one night when we were returning to the apartment and he was able to get a replacement to us ASAP. I would absolutely stay here again!

Host was very responsive, and the actual apartment itself very tidy. They were honest in the garage description, so pay close attention to details! Otherwise we had a great stay.

Danni's place offered a relaxing stay for my family of four (including toddler & infant). Her responsiveness before & during the trip was greatly appreciated, as were her clear instructions & city guide. The home offers up multiple places to congregate after a day of touring the city -- the rooftop in particular was lovely even if the weather didn't cooperate. The kitchen was functional and came with a nice welcome basket that my children loved. I also really appreciated the baby items -- gates for the staircases, all outlets covered, toys, a crib, pack n' play, and baby bath. These amenities made it an easy decision to forgo a hotel and made our packing a bit easier too! Fairmount is a walkable neighborhood with plenty of food & coffee options, as well as on-street parking. Hope to visit again soon!

Absolutely loved everything about staying at Elizabeth’s place on Broad Street. The location is perfect for visiting Philly, specifically if you plan to attend any of the big 3 sports as it’s a breeze to hop on the subway out front which goes straight to the sports complex. It’s also very close to downtown and the famous cheese steak places are very close. The apartment is very cool, the two bedrooms each with a bathroom were great for us and the fact that one is a loft up a spiral staircase is awesome. The amenities in the unit are excellent and make you feel right at home, and the building is cool and historic. Definitely recommend this for couples or friends travelling together. 5/5!
