We really enjoyed our stay here! Having the pool was fantastic and the house was bigger than I anticipated when I booked. What a little oasis. Appreciated the parking at the house and the side street parking. Loved the quick access to other shore towns. A great find overall.

Beautiful home, house has great features and very modern.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. Vallyn was so responsive and helpful with everything we needed. It is a very large place with PLENTY of glasses, silverware, plates, etc (which is not always the case in these larger homes). The house is on the older side, so some of the handles are loose while some doors stick - but it was perfect for our needs and we had a great stay - would recommend.

Great experience all around ! I would consider renting this spot again , fell in love with the house and the host was great! So spacious! Anything that we forgot , the house had it , it was above and beyond equipped ! Great location ! Friendly neighbors ! Perfect for hosting an intimate gathering !

The home is truly home away from home! We had a family of 12, 4 of them are under 8, and everyone loved it! The heated pool, the close walk to the beach, beach essentials, firepit and overall comfortable home was the perfect getaway for a couple of days. Antonietta was super responsive! Cannot wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The house is bright and clean and just wonderful. It’s great to have a washing machine and a dryer. We were seven ladies fifty and over and we all thought our stay was great.

Alicia was very helpful and you couldn’t beat this location. Right near the ocean and the home was as advertised. The kitchen and bathrooms were also beautiful. Highly recommend staying here!

Our Memorial Day weekend stay at the shore was outstanding. Tommy's property is meticulously maintained and centrally located. The beach is within walking distance, accessible via a private path. Jenkinsons Boardwalk is merely a five-minute walk away, making it an ideal location. Tommy provided us with parking passes for our convenience, which greatly facilitated our stay. He was extremely helpful throughout our visit, and I highly recommend this property to anyone. Thank you for sharing your home with us; we thoroughly enjoyed our time.

The house was in a great location. It’s within walking distance of many fine eateries and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

We loved staying at Amanda's place in Belmar! I live close by, but I had 4 friends (and 2 babies!) coming into town so I needed a place that could comfortably fit everyone for a girls' weekend. Amanda's house was exactly as described - clean, comfy, well-decorated, and well-appointed with everything you'd need. We also found the location to be very convenient/walkable. If you turn left out of the house, you're about a 10 min walk to Main St. If you turn right, you're about a 10 min walk to the beach. (There's also a playground about 2 blocks away.) Definitely recommend for a weekend (or longer) at the Jersey Shore!

We rented over Christmas to be near our family for the holiday. Upon check in there was the issue of a frozen pipe, but the hosts were very accommodating and set us up in the main house. Extremely clean, warm, and welcoming it made for the perfect holiday away from our home. My husband was able to whip up desserts in the kitchen for us to bring to family, the backyard was spacious and for our dogs to run and play, and my young daughter felt right at home as did the rest of us. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would be back again in a heartbeat and highly recommended!

Kevin's place was nice. It was super easy to walk everywhere with a 2 and 3 yr old. We we due to have a rainy 4 days which we were still going to be able to do things. But God graced us with an ALMOST beautiful few days. I fly up here from FL to see my children and grandchildren about 3 to 4 times a year, and get an AIRBNB alot. This was by far one of the best. P.S. Kevin's mom is great too....

Our stay was wonderful. This home is beautiful, bright, sparkling clean, well organized and very very comfortable. It is not cluttered yet provides areas to relax &/or to play in. We had all of the quality amenities that we wanted. We were there for a few weeks and had no trouble settling in & finding shops for quality food and/or restaurants. We saw Lake Como, which is a block away, from our window and we were a few blocks from the boardwalk and beaches. This area of the Jersey Shore offers family fun things to do and also beautiful beaches to walk along. We rode our bicycles locally and drove short distances to visit some historic sites. This is our 2nd stay in this lovely home and we hope to return to it again. The host checked in with us and responded to our questions. The host made us feel like if we needed anything he was available to help. This is a beautiful place to stay - A REAL GEM! Thank you.

Had such a great weekend at Pamela’s place she was extremely responsive and the place was exactly as described. The location was perfect less than a block to the boardwalk walkable to so many great places. Would definitely stay again.

What a warm welcome, this is truly home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay at Biff's beach home. Steps away from a beautiful walk around Lake Como or Belmar Beach, with excellent food and entertainment nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The home is everything you need to cook good meals, sleep comfortably (you can hear the ocean waves while sitting on the front porch!) and even work remotely, as we did. We plan on returning to this excellent location in Belmar!

Great location right off the boardwalk with easy beach access. Highly recommend for a family getaway in the right location for Point Pleasant Beach. Host was very accommodating and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Easy walk to local attractions, restaurants, and bars

The place itself was lovely (clean, well-quipped, nicely decorated) and MacKenzie was helpful and friendly. Her instructions were so clear and comprehensive that everything was a breeze; we were always sure of our responsibilities, which helped us feel really comfortable during our stay. We are so thankful to have stayed at this beautiful waterfront house. The host thought of anything and everything that would be needed for our stay and went above and beyond to take excellent care of us. I would highly recommend staying at this location, or any of our hosts other locations. We can’t wait to come back and are looking forward to our next vacation at the Mermaid House.

We stayed at Lauren’s place for a week and loved everything about the home. Clean, comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfortable, towels were in great shape. Parking was not a problem. We would definitely stay again!

this place is tastefully renovated, cozy, and really convenient to everything around the joisey shore. host is responsive and helpful. only thing to take note of that we didn't feel was abundantly clear or pictured so accurately was the nature of the stairs to the second floor. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms are up there but those old beach bungalow stairs are super narrow super steep and not really suitable for small children or senior citizens. so if you're going to have your little kids and in-laws with you, as I did, just be conscious of this. otherwise we really enjoyed the place, and think you will too.
