We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Belmar! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach weekend. The location was super convenient—an easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants, coffee shops, and the boardwalk. The space was just as described, and we especially enjoyed spending time on the porch and in the cozy living area. It felt like a great home base after a day out in the sun. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth. Overall, a great experience and a spot we'd definitely come back to for another stay in Belmar.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. Frank and Jennifer’s place is fantastic. So well stocked with everything you could need, specially in the kitchen which made it easy to cook at home. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the garden but it must be lovely if warmer! Jennifer was quick to reply to any questions we had. Would love to stay again! 😀

Cannot say enough good things about this incredible home! My 3 friends and I were blown away by how clean, well-stocked, and well decorated this home was. It had everything you could ever need for a perfect weekend at the shore. The host Nicole was an amazing, so responsive and proactive with everything to make it a stress free stay. We loved the beautiful neighborhood it was in and how close it was to the beach and downtown. We truly felt right at home and already want to plan a trip back. Couldn’t recommend this property more. We absolutely love the Stockton! Everything is exactly as described and I have only stayed at one other place where the cleanliness was so thorough. Matt was super responsive to any concerns we had and it was so easy to find a resolution. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone. As beautiful as the place is, make sure to get outside and check out the area. It’s a whole experience and we are so grateful for our time there!

We loved staying at Amanda's place in Belmar! I live close by, but I had 4 friends (and 2 babies!) coming into town so I needed a place that could comfortably fit everyone for a girls' weekend. Amanda's house was exactly as described - clean, comfy, well-decorated, and well-appointed with everything you'd need. We also found the location to be very convenient/walkable. If you turn left out of the house, you're about a 10 min walk to Main St. If you turn right, you're about a 10 min walk to the beach. (There's also a playground about 2 blocks away.) Definitely recommend for a weekend (or longer) at the Jersey Shore!

Home is in fantastic shape. Has everything you need for cooking to making sure you have beach chairs for the beach. Everything is walking distance. Home is spotless and provides plenty of towels and toiletries. Plan to rent next Memorial Day. Owner responds immediately and goes out of his way to make you feel at home.

Brand new house, place was spotless. The house was fully stocked with everything you could think of. Backyard is great and fenced in. Plenty of space to hang out and relax. Would definitely book again, Pamela checked in on us daily during our stay with flexible check in/out.

Our stay at the Upper Deck couldn’t have been more perfect! Joan’s home is ideally situated just across the street from a beach entrance; walkable to food, mini golf & even the boardwalk! The exterior features are awesome w/ dedicated parking & a delightful covered porch we enjoyed all day long. The apartment is spacious, bright, cheery, comfortable & immaculate! Best of all, Joan is an incredibly kind & thoughtful host whose special touches make this a true home away from home. When it comes to the perfect beach getaway, Joan’s thought of literally everything… comfy beds, soft linens, plentiful towels, beach badges & chairs, cooler, ice packs and filled trays, comfy indoor & porch seating… truly, I could go on and on. Joan’s home provided me with some much needed rest and comfort… I’m so grateful for her hospitality and can’t wait to visit again!

Kevin's place was nice. It was super easy to walk everywhere with a 2 and 3 yr old. We we due to have a rainy 4 days which we were still going to be able to do things. But God graced us with an ALMOST beautiful few days. I fly up here from FL to see my children and grandchildren about 3 to 4 times a year, and get an AIRBNB alot. This was by far one of the best. P.S. Kevin's mom is great too....

The house is bright and clean and just wonderful. It’s great to have a washing machine and a dryer. We were seven ladies fifty and over and we all thought our stay was great.

Alicia was very helpful and you couldn’t beat this location. Right near the ocean and the home was as advertised. The kitchen and bathrooms were also beautiful. Highly recommend staying here!

The house was in a great location. It’s within walking distance of many fine eateries and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

We rented over Christmas to be near our family for the holiday. Upon check in there was the issue of a frozen pipe, but the hosts were very accommodating and set us up in the main house. Extremely clean, warm, and welcoming it made for the perfect holiday away from our home. My husband was able to whip up desserts in the kitchen for us to bring to family, the backyard was spacious and for our dogs to run and play, and my young daughter felt right at home as did the rest of us. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would be back again in a heartbeat and highly recommended!

this place is tastefully renovated, cozy, and really convenient to everything around the joisey shore. host is responsive and helpful. only thing to take note of that we didn't feel was abundantly clear or pictured so accurately was the nature of the stairs to the second floor. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms are up there but those old beach bungalow stairs are super narrow super steep and not really suitable for small children or senior citizens. so if you're going to have your little kids and in-laws with you, as I did, just be conscious of this. otherwise we really enjoyed the place, and think you will too.

Our family felt right at home. We especially loved that the backyard was enclosed so our little ones could play on the playground and stay away from the road. Thanks for having us. We’ll definitely stay again!
