Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Managua

The apartment is a true gem located in a safe, secure, and ideal area. It looks exactly as shown in the pictures. I did experience an issue with the hot water due to a thunderstorm that damaged the system, but it was eventually fixed. The other residents are very quiet and keep to themselves, which is perfect if you're traveling with little ones and need an early bedtime routine. Additionally, there is a visible security guard on duty at the gate 24/7. The apartment is conveniently located just 5-10 minutes from Carretera Masaya and a high-end mall called Galerías Santo Domingo. There is an abundance of food options nearby, ranging from delicious street food to upscale restaurants, all within a short drive. Finding the apartment was effortless, and the check-in process was smooth, handled directly with the security guard. Overall, I have no regrets about staying at Grethell's place. Nicaragua is a beautiful country filled with warm and loving people.

We had a great time in Gran Pacifica. I think the host should be a super host. We really felt like home. The unit is very spacious. Much-needed space if you have kids. The resort amenities are also great. We will definitely schedule another stay soon.

Oscar was an exceptional host, even took the time to personally show my wife how to get to the supermarket and carried the groceries himself..!!! Always helpful with recommendations and assistance. Me hospede en este lugar con mi familia, éramos un grupo grande. El lugar es muy acogedor, colonial, de acuerdo a las fotos del anuncio. Nos sentimos como en casa, los más pequeños disfrutaron de la piscina que siempre se mantuvo limpia. La atención y disponibilidad de María José espectacular, siempre atenta a lo que necesitáramos. Las chicas que nos prepararon los alimentos, muy amables y la comida deliciosa. Esperamos volver a visitarlos, 100% recomendado si gustan visitar Granada.

Un alojamiento bonito y cómodo a unos 20 min en auto de los principales atractivos de Managua y fácil de salir a las atracciones más alejadas, ubicado en un barrio tranquilo y muy seguro (al menos así lo sentimos), lo único es el estrés de pensar en el consumo diario de la electricidad que en lo personal me hizo sentir un poco abrumado, sin embargo al final salimos bien utilizando solo por las noches el aire acondicionado de 1 habitación únicamente, no me imagino usando los 4 AC que existen en alojamiento.

Preciosa casa, lindas amenidades, equipada y el personal que nos recibió Erick y Jessica muy amables y serviciales! Karen muy buena anfitriona. Súper recomendada!!

Hey there! Just wanted to share that we had an incredible stay at Kodu apartments a couple of weeks back. The receptionist was super responsive and the house cleaners were exceptional. The place was spotless, and whenever we needed anything, it was taken care of right away. We stayed there for 8 days, and I really appreciated the security presence at the entrance. Compared to our previous stay elsewhere, Kodu Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. Our group of 5 had plenty of space with one bedroom having 2 beds and the other with one bed. The AC worked amazingly well, especially with the hot weather in Managua. Definitely planning on going back! I'd rate it a solid 10 out of 10.

Me encantó mi estancia en Kodu Apartments. El lugar es limpio, moderno, bien equipado, y las instalaciones como la piscina y el gimnasio están en excelente estado. La ubicación es conveniente y segura, con fácil acceso a todo. Además, las instalaciones están en perfecto estado. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí.

No es calle pavimentada donde queda ubicada la casa, necesitas un vehículo con buenas llantas y tracción, enfrente hay un campo de fútbol, no hay mucho que pedir según calidad precio, resuelve al menos! La atención y comunicación fue siempre constante y sin retrasos, punto a favor.
