Vacation rentals with beach access in Managua

Alejandro’s place was fantastic—my family and I felt right at home. It’s located in the main building, just a short walk from the pool, restaurant, and beach, which made everything super convenient.

We had a great time in Gran Pacifica. I think the host should be a super host. We really felt like home. The unit is very spacious. Much-needed space if you have kids. The resort amenities are also great. We will definitely schedule another stay soon.

Es la segunda vez que visitamos este apartamento, nos gusta muchísimo, es súper cerca de Managua, la piscina está a pasos de la casa al igual que el mar! Es perfecto para ir en familia y con niños pequeños! Definitivamente volveríamos 🤗

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en la casa. Don Noel fue un excelente anfitrión: siempre atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos en todo momento. La comunicación fue muy fluida y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos desde el primer momento. La casa estaba limpia y bien equipada. ¡Súper recomendado! Nos encantaría volver.

The home of as beautiful, everything was exactly as described. The groundskeeper was very kind and she was always ensuring we were ok and checking in to see if we needed anything. Honestly, I will book again!

Gabriela es muy responsable, siempre responde los mensajes inmediatamente. La casa es muy linda y acogedora. Lo único que cambiaría es el consumo de luz, creo que eso debería de estar incluido en el precio! Las tortugas sin duda son un toque demasiado especial.

El lugar coincidía con la descripción del anuncio, la persona que nos atendió fue muy amable y accesible al atender nuestras dudas, lo recomiendo y volvería a visitarlo.

You are paying for the location. The location and the size of the property cannot be beat. There’s plenty of room for kids to run around. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had a new sponge which hasn’t been the case at other Airbnbs. And the pool is quite nice! It would be nice if there were a few more kitchen amenities like lids for the pots and seasonings. It would also be nice if the trash in the yard was picked up in case there are children running around barefoot. There were some pop tops/bottle tops. But you cannot beat how close it is to the water. It felt like a private resort.

We loved Arnaldo’s very unique home . The pool was an absolute joy. We decided that we would love to have Juana cook meals for us and we totally enjoyed the meals prepared . A big shout out to Carlo’s the care taker. It was dark when we arrived-in Pochamil and we could not find the house. We reached out to Carlos and he met up with us and we were able to follow him to the house . No TV in the house which we loved . We totally disconnected for an entire week, it was awesome. We did have two power outages while we were there . One night very bad weather not sure what happened the second time . That is where the pool sure came in handy. Absolutely a beautiful view.

Amamos la estadia en la casa, un espacio super tranquilo, lleno de naturaleza, amamos la vista del campo de golf y al fondo el mar. La pisicina es deliciosa y grande, cocina super equipada. Las fotos corresponden con la casa.

Nuestra estadía fue fabulosa, todo fue muy fácil, el condo muy limpio y agradable… disfrutamos muchísimo. El entorno súper acogedor, vista única del mar y el atardecer 🌅. El lugar cuenta con excelentes amenidades así como el respeto a horarios para descansar. Súper recomendado 😌.

Jeremy’s place was exceptional! If you are thinking about booking this please don’t hesitate! Amazing view and an amazing staff looking after you!!! Just book it, you won’t regret it.

Posición privilegiada, frente al mar y la piscina y restaurante del condominio a un lado, amplio departamento y los pasillos exteriores fenomenales formando una ele, se encuentra en el tercer piso ; pero no fue problema pues usamos el ascensor. Nos encantó a todos Especial para disfrutar la puesta de sol .

Estadia muy buena , la atención por parte de Maynor y Jeremy fueron excelentes siempre pendientes de cualquier consulta. El lugar es tal y como se describe. Lo único es que creo que el colchón del sofá cama ya necesita cambio es bastante incomodo para dormir. muchas gracias por todo.

Loved it! Great corner unit with wrap around porch and looks out over the end of the resort - everything was spot on!
