We have an array of things to do with local cafes, fishing club, kayaking, paddle boarding, golf and tennis clubs, and great walks all on our doorstep. Want to do a day trip to the Wairarapa region we can help. The apartment is totally self contained and has its own private access. It also enjoys its own deck, luxury bathroom and kitchen. A king sized bed is the icing on the cake. We can provide meals as required. We can help you with any travel planning throughout New Zealand - and arrange your itinerary. We can take you on day trips to our local wine region if desired and drop off and pick you up from the central city of tequired. Nothing is too much trouble. If you would like a picnic packed we can do that too. Set in a modest seaside village outside of Wellington, the property is a short walk or drive away from a number of cafes, pubs, and acclaimed fish and chips spots. The beach is just steps away. We are a 25 minute train ride to central Wellington or the kapiti coast. We have kayaks, bikes, fishing gear, paddle board available.

This is a gem of a place within an easy commute to Wellington city centre. The location is stunning. Susan & Gavin are laidback hosts making for a wonderful stay. Great shower, lovely dog, Jed, in the household and sweet inlet views.

Rose’s lovely home sits on the end of a street with secure parking and breathtaking views. Although it’s about a 20-minute drive from Wellington city centre, trust me — it’s absolutely worth it. The city can be noisy and parking is a nightmare, so staying here is a true escape. Rose is a warm and generous host who prepared breakfast for me. Without a doubt, I’ll be coming back and recommending this place to all my friends visiting Wellington!

Great for a family coming up for a sports competition. Super Comfy Beds & Linens. Cozy towels. Appreciated the hot water bottles for the girls at night and the little extras ib the kitchen on oyr arrival (eek,apologies I think my husband actually packed the peanut butter!) . 3 really good nights sleep, able to cook some decent meals. Cheryl was super accomodating & understanding with our timetable. We really appreciated it and hoped we weren't too loud as a family. This actually 1st time staying as AirBnb guests! Love Pataka, the Sports Complex, the Police Museum and Little India Takeaways.
