It's cool in the Summer but central heating & a wood burning stove make it toastie for winter retreats. It is a short walk to the town centre via a steep hill or the 99 steps through the Rose Gardens. It's a magical place in the clouds, in the middle of the Malvern Hills, located on a quiet single track road.

At the foot of the hills, we are a 5 minute walk to The Theatre, & 10/15 minutes to Malvern College. A very short drive from the wonderful Malvern Spa.
