In their place you will feel love, real nature and one of the most beautiful landscape ever, even the drive to and from Tromso is breathtaking. For people seeking a true experience in nature this is the perfect place. The cabin is remote, a step back in time, no mod cons and this is it’s beauty. A cosy, warm little haven in the beautiful wild. It is well thought out - all the instructions given by Marianne and George, and noted around the cabin ensure your stay is seamless and answers all the questions you might have - it is important to listen to them, especially as you are in the middle of the wild, responsible for your own warmth and staying in someone’s home. You are stepping back in time, at one with nature. This is a magical place. Marianne and George are kind and welcoming people. In the middle of an area flooded with guides and tourists and impersonal experiences they are a true find. Passionate about nature and the aurora, experts in the region (Marianne is a local). If you’re looking for other experiences whilst staying in the area - they are the perfect people to ask (especially aurora hunting). Going to the cabin is a truly unique experience. We are leaving with stars in our eyes and will definitely return.

Very nice and spacious apartment, lots of space and everything you need for a great stay. Very quiet location and many opportunities to do something to go to Tromsö or Senja. Unfortunately, we did not see the aurora lights, as the weather did not play along, but the hosts can't do anything for that of course. Thanks very much again! We highly recommend this place!

Good location (for a skiing trip), beautiful surroundings and a nice and tidy apartment. More rooms than what you’d expect from the description.

This is a beautiful, peaceful setting. The apartment is comfortable and private with everything we needed. Svein was very friendly and told us lots about the area.

Thank you very much, we had a great time and had everything we needed in this apartment! We also greatly appreciated the thoughtful and welcoming host. The host had bought emergency food when we arrived late at night, and provided a 6-wheeled vehicle for the children. It was popular😊 We would gladly came back!

The House was located nicely so that there was an y access to snowboarding spots at Tamokveien and Lyngen

Cozy host and cozy cabin, great location near the water.

Erick has a tremendous family that is very supportive. We were at his place for 16 nights, and we always felt like we could ask for anything. We were a group of 5 ski tourers and we all agreed that this was a great location as we had very easy access to Troms, Lyngen and Indre Troms. This was especially important as avalanche conditions can vary between the different areas. We always felt like we had great options within easy reach, as the road network from the house is great. The view from the flat is wonderful and the living room is a great place to relax after enjoying a meal from a kitchen which has every amenity you would need. Finally, you can walk along the shore as there's 2 minute walk to the Fjord, when the tide is out or in. All in all, you won't regret a stay here, and we plan to come back! :)

Thank you very much for having us in your beautiful home Maret. Upon request, some fishing gear and the boat was ready for our use. The sauna was amazing and the house is super cosy and has everything you need. What really put this place on the map for us, was the extraordinary views! Absolutely breathtaking. We loved spending time just chilling together and staring at the view. We will miss it dearly. Maret was super responsive and helpful and friendly. We hope to be back again in the future. Great house and short distances to the mountains of that area.

We had a fantastic stay! Communication with Markus was excellent – quick, easy, and friendly. The house is beautiful and welcoming, with a spacious kitchen and living area that made us feel at home right away. We were five adults and loved how there was always space to retreat individually, yet it was also perfect for cooking and spending time together. Two of us slept in the renovated barn, which also serves as the sauna house, and three stayed in the two bedrooms in the main house – both spaces were cozy and comfortable. Some highlights: the sauna with neoprene shoes for cooling off in the sea, the incredibly comfy bedding (we even bought the same in Tromsø!), and the super well-equipped kitchen. A place to come back to – thank you, Markus!

We spent a week in this absolutely beautiful and cozy house. The living room is very stylish and cozy, so we could spend many nice evenings in front of the fireplace and relax optimally. The kitchen is super equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is also very nice with underfloor heating and dimmable light. The quiet and peaceful location on the fjord is unique and looks like a picture book. In addition, we were lucky to see the Northern Lights directly from the house on most evenings. 😍 The hosts Kari & Øystein were extremely helpful, friendly and the communication went perfectly. We would come back any time ☺️🙏🏻✨
