Completely renovated bathroom with shower. Private entrance and private small patio. Located in a quiet residential area (Solbacken) close to both central Malmö and the sea. Parking is available on the street for a small fee, excellent transportation to the center/Copenhagen/Skåne. We have no animals and speak Swedish, Danish, English, French and a little Italian.

Welcome to a newly renovated accommodation with very good communications to central Malmö and Copenhagen. In few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we take care of each square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

Welcome to us in the middle of picturesque Limhamn, a quiet area right by the sea. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Buses run frequently and will take you everywhere in under 15 minutes. In the guest house, there is everything you need for your stay, a 32-inch TV with Chromecast, fast WiFi, kitchenette, shower and bathroom.
