For those looking for peace and nature, this is the place to be. You are here in the middle of nature with acres of forest in the back garden. What used to be a stable is now a charming gîte. A typical house in the Ardennes with a lot of intimacy minutes from the Formula 1 circuit. As a fanatic trailer, I know the forest in the backyard on my thumbs up. I can recommend every walking and hiking lover to "get lost" there. It is of course also suitable for mountain bikers.

Charmes du Velupont wellness house

Please note, Wellness is not included in the price. The “Charmes du Velupont” cottage is located in the picturesque village of Avennes in the heart of the Hesbaye region. This area is known for its rich vegetation and for its cultural and historical heritage. The cottage is overlooking the Mehaigne river, which is part of a protected nature reserve. “Charmes du Velupont” is a real heaven of peace with a stunning view on this silent valley.

La Bicoque (cozy accommodation with pool/jacuzzi)

ADULT ONLY accommodation, freshly renovated with a balneo bathtub overlooking the bedroom, air conditioning, large walk-in shower, pellet stove, smart tv, reading nook, games area... For an additional fee, you will have access to the garden as well as the outdoor heated pool (in summer) and outdoor hot tub (in winter).
