A large glass sliding door gives lots of light in this spacious studio, and access to your private spacious terrace.

A pond is present and can be crossed with a pedal boat in summer. It is essential to come with a vehicle equipped with snow tires in case of snow. WE ARE LOCATED 1.3 KM FROM THE RACETRACK, RACES GENERATE NOISE THAT CAN EXCEED 118 db FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER.

We are close to Malmedy, Stavelot, the Hautes Fagnes, Lake Robertville, Lake Butgenbach and the Francorchamps circuit.
