Monthly Rentals in Maljevik beach

Neda is an impeccable hostess, very welcoming and communicative. The apartment possesses all the amenities you may need for a short or longer stay. The neighborhood is quiet and allows for a nice sleep. The beach is not super close by, but we didn’t mind walking.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Milan and his family are fantastic hosts, arranging a seamless transfer from the airport and welcoming us with delicious local fruits and wine. The view from the property was stunning, and the host went above and beyond by assisting with our tourist registration. Note that it can be difficult to reach the place by foot as it's on top of a hill, so renting a car is recommended. Highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic week at Radas apartment with our nearly 2 year old son. It's a roomy and warm space with everything you need including a sea view from one of the balconies! walking distance to the beach and close to bigger towns of Sutomore and Bar with loads of great places to eat and things to do. Rada was so welcoming and helpful we had such a wonderful week in a great apartment, fantastic location and really great value for money. highly recommended!

Stayed in a two-bedroom apartment in early September. We are very happy with our choice: a magnificent place away from beach hangouts, the clean air and the sea, a pine forest and fragrant steppe herbs, cozy and tastefully decorated rooms, a large balcony (terrace), where it was a cool holiday in the evenings, with a magnificent view of the sea. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk. I would like to note the care and thoughtfulness of the hosts - we found everything you need for rest (dishes, towels, beach mats and umbrellas). We received quick and comprehensive answers to all our questions. Of the relative shortcomings (well, this is also how it sings): * the rooms are small - well, do not wait for dance halls, but it's cozy; we stayed together was more than enough for us, but you can have three, and even probably four of them; * the villa is located on a hill, you have to go uphill from the beach - but beautiful views of the neighborhood and fresh air, we treated this as an additional warm-up; * to the village with shops, restaurants, discos about 30 min. slow walking for about 30 minutes - quiet and peaceful, this disco does not make noise under your nose, but you can always walk or drive there if you want if you wish.
